In response I got two of the rudest and most unsympathetic emails ever. I am in international business for the last 40 years dealing with all major world economies and cultures. This was unprecedented. Not acceding to a discount request is one thing but being dismissive is another. I am glad I did not hire her company. I guess glowing testimonials on the website are one thing and real experience is another. Interestingly the only other review (which is a 5 star) is by Al Biggs who shares the same last name as Catherine's!

Ok seriously, this guy was watching too much TV or Mission Impossible movies. I get it, they want video activity. But breaking the law? C'mon bud. My girlfriends family member died. I had to help with all the emotional and mentally draining tasks when people die. After advising supervisor of same, I received a termination letter. This is something I've forwarded to multiple colleagues in the industry. Fire someone because someone dies? WOW!!! SUMMARY: These guys are under so much pressure just to get a 2 second video clip of the claimant farting in public. I don't understand why you can't find a balance between being a decent human and running a successful PI firm.
