Terrible service. Sent me a text telling me to be there by 6:30am. I walked in at 6:25 and no one was at the receptionist's desk. At 6:45 a receptionist came in and checked me in, but told me my appointment had been moved to 3:30. I expressed my frustration, and he said he'd talk to the tech about squeezing me in. 30 minutes later he came back and said they couldn't fit me in. I left. I can't recommend this place in any way, with such basic incompetence. read more

Scheduling is awful for MRI in Littleton. I was told my test would be over 1.5 hours(not including filling out paperwork since I did that ahead of time) I was in pain and needed the test done soon and didn't want to drive to another location 45 minutes away. I had to wait over a month "due to the time it takes to do my tests". When I arrived a month later the MRI technician told me it only takes 35 minutes total for both tests. There was no one else waiting for an MRI. I questioned if he was doing the right one explaining what I was told. He told me it only takes 35 minutes (which it did) and added apologizing that they have a lot of issues with their scheduling department. To add to my day, the MRI machine broke down but I this wasn't intentional of course. I sat there with an IV in my arm waiting until they rebooted the whole system. Technicians were kind and nice explaining everything. I felt the facility itself was old and not kept up. 2 Stars for kind technicians otherwise I'd give none. Will not return. read more

I've been going here for years. They wanted another mammogram and initially told me I met my deductible so it would be at no cost. I called my insurance and they said that i was over 2k from meeting it. I called billing again and they said it would be 500. I paid that and now I have a bill for 269. They lie and i believe the test was just to make a profit. I'll never go back. read more

I have had a lot of imagining done over the years and have found the Sally Jobe at Southpark in Littleton wanting. It was brutal from the start trying to communicate with the receptionist. From there I thought the ultra sound and CT scan was decent but come to find out later that they were both fuzzy and missed the areas requested. The images and report was of no use. Total waste of time and money. read more

One of the very petite mammography technicians did not have adequate hand/arm strength to align my body. The resultant scan was blurry. Their corporate tried to wrangle me into high def. Imaging at another facility not covered by my insurance; $1300.00 Eventually my PCP ordered biopsy and ultrasound that is covered by insurance. That experience was unpleasant. read more

I had a 100 percent pre certification of pay by my insurance for a CT chest scan. However, they insisted on a $180 co pay even though all my deductibles were met. Amazing that I now have an appointment at NO copay charge at Health Images. We used to do a lot of business at Invision Sally Jobe. From now our business is going to Health Images! read more

Arnette, Kam, and Carolina at Centrum DTC in Centennial, CO delivered the best of elite services to me this week. They were super friendly, very efficient, detailed and knowledgeable, superbly thorough, offered me water, checked on me and assisted me even with the locker combination as I could not see without my eyeglasses (inside the locker). I was given the royal treatment from front office registration, diagnostic exam, and afterwards as my needs dictated. If I wasn't retired, I would do my best to steal all three from Invision Sally Jobe by offering them a HIGHLY competitive salary with benefits. Employees of this caliber are becoming a rarity. I don't even know where to begin with how amazing an experience I had. Every single person I came in contact with was very kind and personable. The front desk lady was quick, kind, and efficient. The tech who brought me back was honest and let me know they were running a little behind in MRI so they were going to take a little longer getting me preped so they could catch up (working in Healthcare myself, I appreciate that honesty up front). So we had a good conversion about the procedure, how I'd feel after, and my history of hip issues. Then the doctor came in too (I believe Dr. Stone) who was equally amazing when he injected my hips for the arthrograms. I told them I had a vasovagal response to needles so while I've never passed out, I get pale, shaky, and sweaty anytime needles are involved. They immediately started talking more and asking me question to help distract me. Once done with them I went to the MRI room where that tech was (shocker) amazing and personable as well. I left feeling very well cared for and was impressed that literally everyone I interacted with was so pleasant! read more

Beware! Because this location was "backed up" for bone density scanning due to Covid (backlog of appointments), I was encouraged to go to the PSL location for my scan. NOW, the scheduler tells me that ALL my future scans must be done at PSL even though I have had all my previous bone density and mammography screenings done at the Littleton office!!! Since I live on the southwest side of town, this presents a real inconvenience! I never would have agreed to schedule at PSL if I had known or been informed. I loved the Littleton location up until now. Friendly, competent staff in a convenient location. I have been duped and will now have to either go to two different sites for my two screenings or schedule at an inconvenient location. SO DISAPPOINTED! read more

They have all the major equipment from ultrasound to cat scan. Easy to get a prompt appointment and never any surprises with insurance. These folks have a tough job. A lot of people who have to come here, are coming to confirm something bad or how bad something is. The staff is always smiling and friendly, and they make you feel at ease. Had to stop in for a mammogram, and quite honestly think these things roll around way too quickly each year. The lady taking the images, kept me in good spirits even while making me uncomfortable for the imaging. I wouldn't want her job, but am grateful they know what they are doing, and that they can do it with smiles. read more

Your receptionist at the SouthPark Drive facility is the best first impression on your clients. Every time I've been in or called and gotten her, she is smiling, pleasant and very helpful. Do what you must to keep her. More companies should invest more in their first impression front desk person, because the first person of contact is a reflection of your staff. The Southpark Drive receptionist reflects that your staff is warm, kind, empathetic and helpful. I'm always impressed by her warmth which meets you as soon as you walk through the inner doors. I visited Sally Jobe at Littleton for the first time yesterday. All of the staff were super friendly & helpful. They were very informative & have a good check-in system. First Mammogram & it was scary (I'm only 30 & high risk) so when I started to cry when talking about family history the nurse was very quick to give me a hug and the tissue box. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience....well unless there was wine, that would have really topped it off! read more

This company is run by individuals who don't care about their employees or patients. I highly suggest that if you're considering getting medical help here, search elsewhere--if your money counts as a vote like they say, "vote" for a company who actually VALUES their employees/patients and treats them like human beings. All of the employees here are rude, don't value their patients' or employees' privacy, and have no empathy. Do you want to know how I know this? Just by SITTING IN THE LOBBY waiting for my friend to get done with her appointment, I overheard employees putting each other down and airing their "dirty laundry" (so to speak) in front of patients. It's downright unprofessional and incredibly immature. My friend also says that during her appointment, the employees were really bad-mannered and blunt. Invision Sally Jobe, do better. As far as my friend and I are concerned, your company sucks, and if I ever have the misfortune of needing to get an MRI, YOU BET I'll be going elsewhere. read more

The technician who performed my mammogram at the South Park location, Jana, was outstanding. She was unable to get good results with the usual views, so she took two more views. These gave a much better read, a much clearer picture. I appreciate what she did so much! Had she not taking that extra step, I would likely have been called back for more imaging, causing me great anxiety, and potentially greater healthcare costs.
