They wrote in my report that they found a 5 cm (lemon size) nodule in my thyroid bed. To say I was terrified of cancer reoccurring and having to have surgery again for this is an understatement. I went to see my doctor to have a biopsy of this nodule and when she did the ultrasound to be sure of where this supposed nodule was she found that it was 5 mm NOT 5 cm. To make a typo that large warrants someone being fired in my opinion. The amount of stress this typo caused was immense. My entire family and myself was immensely relieved to hear this but this is not acceptable. I will not be returning here again for ANY scans.

Therefore we went back for the same procedure. The Tech was fine but the radiologist, Brett Bartz was horrific! The report send to my Dr. was inaccurate! Also, not complete. He failed to include the size of nodes. We know that from the results of last year. He was also supposed to check on the hernia I have to see if it had enlarged. He indicated that there was no hernia. Very lazy job! I have attempted for the last 2 days to contact anyone at Sally Jobe, not one return call has been returned. I also had an issue with their Records department in January of this year. The person in Records told me she was unable to send my mammogram to another location due to the fact that they were SHORT handed and she was the only person in the office. It might take a month or so. I had found a lump in my breast and was out of town. the Imagining location in the town I was in had asked me to get a copy my last mammogram pictures to compare it to. I was able to speak to a very nice person from Sally Jobe when I returned to Denver who said she would send it to me this was 3 months ago, and I still do NOT have it. I AM DONE with Sally Jobe. Just be careful.

I called this morning about having chest pains yesterday morning, I explained my situation to the on call nurse. I said I would prefer to be Refered to a cardiologist instead of waiting in emergency all day as I wasn't currently having chest pains. I waited all day for a call back 3:10 it came in from the office, she the on call physician stated she had an appt at 4:00 pm and they could do some blood work and a EKG in the office. I said yes, I left work at 3:21 drove across town. To park Meadows from south-west Littleton. I got there at 4:12. They said well let us check to see if we can still see you as we have a 10 minute cut off time. I said I just booked this with the on call physician and immediately left work and came over here and drove across town. I don't have control over traffic. Bottom line they wouldn't see me! They said I could re-schedule or go to the ER! Very poor practice and this isn't the first time I have felt pushed to the side. I FIRED them! These physicians need to care more and have more compassion for their patients! I feel like all they do is paperwork and push their meds and vaccinations! It's disgusting!

Seven months later, he can still barely speak and will require follow-up surgery to try to remove these 2 granulomas. He may never be able to speak normally again. No one from the surgery center OR the anesthesiologist's office has ever followed up to see how he's doing, ask for a rating, or do any of the normal-in-2026 things that providers do to learn from their mistakes or show concern for patients.

    I have mixed feelings about this place. My son had a surgery here in early September 2025. The…read moreissue I have is not at all with the surgery coordinator/ medical staff. Everything with them and the medical team was even better than I was expecting. The doctors even followed up the next day. The issue was with the billing / payment process. From the instructions given to me for billing prior to the procedure, to the day of confusion caused by the desk staff, the whole thing was a mess. The surgery center office gave me a number to call about Billing before the procedure, which I did and set up a payment plan, OK so no problems when I should check in on check-in day. On the day of the procedure I offered them my insurance card and let them know that I had already set up payment plan and they looked at me like I was crazy and said we don't do payment plans. then they force me to sign a payment obligation form in front of them that would split it up amongst three payments, three large payments. I told them that my insurance would kick in and the procedure would be a lot less than what they were quoting me, but they swore that this is what it would cost me. They completely did not believe me, when I had done everything they had asked of me. at that point, I wasn't trying to worry too much because my child's procedure/health came before Billing, not feeling that from them, but from my perspective, they have given me a number to call later on in the day that they said, I actually could set up a payment plan through another one of their phone numbers. So therefore, after my child was settled comfortably later on in the day at home, I called up the phone number that they provided, and they still said we don't typically provide payment plans. Besides the one you were offered at the desk. Again, I was being misled. They ended up escalating it for me and I got an OK payment plan which I just accepted because that's what the situation was at the time I told them that I did not want my current payment plan of the three payments used at all because I was gonna get a new payment plan then a few weeks later I was told that I was charged for my second payment of the three on the plan and I never authorized that. In addition, I was told that oh your insurance kicked in and now you only owe a very small amount of your bill left, but we'll split that into two. I told them I'm not sure what happened because I never authorize the second of the third payments and that I had already told the desk staff, and they swore otherwise that my insurance will kick in and I would owe a lot less, which is why I didn't agree with the original plan. It was so frustrating. I've never had such a frustrating Billing experience with the doctors office before. Then they had the audacity to ask me are you satisfied now? I told them that I wasn't satisfied, but it is what it is then they had the audacity to send me a bill saying I owed the full amount, not acknowledging the payment plan, after I spoke to them. This whole thing has been a mess. I would just recommend that you go to another place for your or a family members procedure, don't go here. This was a mess and it's too bad because the rest of the day went well.

    My wife visited Urgent care for a non‑emergency issue (a sore throat). The staff asked for her…read moreinsurance, and we asked if this was going to be "Urgent care" and person at the desk confirmed that as Urgent Care (because of no urgency and admit time was before 8pm) and charged her with the co-pay for urgent care (which is $35) but then a week later the claim that appeared on our account was categorized as *Emergency Care*, which resulted in $200 additional charges. We immediately contacted our insurer, who confirmed that the billing category was incorrect and that a correction was required. The insurance company is still pending the correction, and we have been asked to pay the full amount out of pocket. I will file a formal complaint with the COInsurance Commission To my opinion they do this on purpose to charge people more like Healthcare is not already expensive. **If you're treated at this clinic:** 1. Verify the billing category before signing any paperwork. 2. Ask the front desk or provider to confirm that you are there for urgent care (not emergency) which we did and didnt help 3. Keep copies of all documents (claim, statements, emails). I wanted to share this experience so you can avoid a similar billing mistake.

The triage nurse…read morewas so rude, unlike anything I've ever seen before. we came in because my boyfriend fell and hit his head. They disregarded his injuries, by yanking on his injured arm. They were more focused on outside factors such of age, felt like race and time of day and seemed upset about it being so late. The ONLY person nice there was the lady who took him to get his X-ray and cat scans. With having a concussion my boyfriend left more upset about the way he was treated during our time there than anything. WOULD NEVER recommend advent health to anyone.
