I moved to Littleton last year and found that this location was across the street from my home. When my PCP wanted x-rays taken of my spine and hip, I requested them. Scheduling appointments are easy as is the pre-registration process. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. My x-rays were taken by 2 different technicians on separate occasions and the results were fairly quick. Many of my neighbors have had favorable experiences here too. I have had a positive experience here and can recommend it. read more

Depending on which Rad tech you get-you will get talked down to and patronized when you try to advocate for yourself. I was told that I needed follow up images after a routine mammogram and there was no sense of urgency in helping me get the orders from my doctors office to get me scheduled. It seems no one wants to take responsibility for making things happen; the majority of schedulers there just push you off onto someone else. I had a disappointing experience with the Elizabeth B. Maddox, MD at Invision Sally Jobe. The communication was abrupt and lacking empathy. I left feeling anxious and unsupported with little explanation or reassurance. A second opinion suggested the original risk assessment was overstated and it didn't align with my ultimately benign biopsy results. Patients in this setting should be met with both expertise and compassion--this experience fell short on both. Women deserve better. read more

The actual screening was fine. However, there billing is a total scam. Regular screening 3D was billed at $236 for a series of images (approximately 12 images) which is fine. When they wanted me to come back for an additional screening on just one breast (3 images) the bill was $624. How does that make any sense? I tried calling them and they would just tell me yes it's coded correctly. Office okay but expect a surprise months after service of an almost $700 bill after insurance if they find something. Every experience I've had here has been positive, despite needing an MRI or MRV. Front desk is super helpful, has never passed judgment and the process is painless. The technicians are so empathetic and kind as I have a rare neuro disorder that creates anxiety for me to be in the loud machines. I've had imaging at four of the Invision locations in south Denver and by far this location is consistently the worst. The medical professionals and support staff are great, but the front desk admin and patient records are really bad. I dread the check in process because the front desk staff is rude and impatient; one middle aged woman in particular is especially unpleasant. She seems to really hate her job. One time when I checked in for an appointment and I asked two women who were chatting for a face mask. One of them pulls a child's mask out of a box and slams it down on the counter in front me. And forget about getting your patient records - Invision switched to an independent company for records request, and this independent company totally blows off the request. Having been an Invision patient for over 20 years, I recently switched to another provider who is able to service patients in a professional and compassionate matter. read more

This was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. I felt violated and completely unheard. I was radiated seven times due to technical errors -- that's high radiation exposure in one of the most sensitive areas of the body. There was no sense of urgency, care, or accountability from the staff. I ended up being there for four hours because of paperwork issues and the clear incompetence of the technicians. When I voiced my concerns to the manager, her response was to offer me a Starbucks gift card -- as if that could make up for the physical and emotional distress I experienced. I declined it. This level of negligence and disregard for patient well-being is unacceptable. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. read more

As someone with a high risk of breast cancer, I depend on scans every 6 months. I've recently visited Sally Jobe for these tests and have had a horrible experience. This is a review of the processes and not the doctors and nurses who were wonderful. I have waited over an hour on hold just to make an appt. They've been constantly "changing systems." I've been fighting for a month to get my doctor important scans that will determine my next steps. I have been told they've been sent over several times and they have not. Now I'm being told to send the records myself through an online portal. The stress this place has caused me has been so immense and I will spread the word to everyone I know to avoid this place. read more

The location is really convenient and has ample parking. I made the appointment in person and they took my insurance and corrected contact information then. When I arrived for my appointment the paperwork didn't reflect any of the updated info which was annoying but easy to fix. Front desk staff is very nice but swamped, this location is extremely busy! Appointments run on time and are efficient. I believe my mammogram technician's name today was Gabby. She is incredible! Very caring, extremely kind, explains the entire process and is gentle. Scheduled one xray and one ultrasound. Spent 40 min on hold x3 calls, 1.5hr on the scheduling call. Ultrasound scheduled on wrong date under duplicate account so I was given no notice. Called ahead to make sure it was that day, hold for 45min hung up after no answer, showed up and had to reschedule a week later. Total of 4hr15min on the phone, 45 min of driving to an appointment that didn't exist. 5 hours total spent on imaging that takes 15 min to complete and had to fast 8hr a second time. Had an ultrasound at a clinic nearby and spent 10min on the phone and 15min at the clinic. Highly recommend any other place. read more

I have an appointment today at 12:00PM. I arrived at 12:00PM not late, but they canceled my appointment. The lady in front desk said that I have to be at the machine at 12:00? I need to be there at 11:45. I think you be there 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork, but I did that online already, so I show at exactly my appointment time. I said my appointment is at 12:00 PM. They still canceled my appointment. She said I have to be at the machine at 12:00? What? read more

Here's the problem: the imaging person was superb. The results were ordered to be processed quickly by my doctor. Third working day later: I cannot access the radiologist's summary without either driving to the location where I had imaging done and trying to get them or I can Fax -really?- or send an email which will be looked at in two business days. THERE IS NO PATIENT PORTAL to access your own information and only your provider will be able to discuss the information unless you drive there again-with no guarantees anyone will be in medical records when you arrive - and ask for your own information. I am only guessing I would have to drive to that location because the uncaring person on the phone stonewalled me on every request with "it's the law" and did not give any info beyond that. Maybe I could go to a closer location? I don't know. Go for the imaging expertise but if you need anything after that...UCHealth has a patient portal where you can look at your images and the summary right away. EDIT: I received a call from an employee who responded to my posted concerns. She was very good at helping me get the written summary from the radiologist so I can move along the process of getting the right treatment quickly. Thank you, Heather. I now feel empowered that I understand the results well enough to participate in the solution(s) from my provider as opposed to blindly walking into his office and not knowing what is going on. Care was great but their billing department SUCKS! I was sent to collections due to a clerical error. I got an MRI in 2021 and was informed I was sent to collections in 2023. The clerical error is they transposed a number in my address so I never got a bill. I was only made aware of the error by the collection agency when they sent me a copy of the bill. I called Sally Jobe in January of 2023 to inform them of the error but it fell to deaf ears. read more

The individual who performed my CT was great, everything else has been awful. The front desk person clearly didn't appreciate that I used a care credit card and couldn't recall how to process it. I thought she figured it out but I received my bill and my payment isn't listed. I have called the billing number dozens of times and it keeps telling me I'm inputting my account number incorrectly (I'm not) and never transfers you to a voicemail. I've left messages on the generic voicemail inbox and have filled out the contact me form on the website and have received zero response. It's not bad enough the medical industry is so expensive, these people are incapable of setting up a working phone system or having a staff member call back. read more

Overall the staff is awesome, everyone is really nice. I went to two locations, because I had separate imaging done. I really like their facilities, and there was not a long week time for any of the imaging I had done. My only complaint is that there isn't an online portal to see images, or to request images, it's very difficult if you need to send your imaging elsewhere. Yes you get a copy of your image there if you want, but if you need any other sent elsewhere it's a long process to get them done. read more

You would expect a medical professional to understand that when a person gets hit on the head so hard they need an mri, that those people won't feel good. I have tears coming down my face and he stated rudely, "you can leave if you don't want to be here". And then he yells at me bc I hit the emergency button, and yes I did, BUT he did not say what this ball was for so I started squeezing it, I thought it was a stress ball. If you have no empathy for someone that is injured, you shouldnt work in the Medical field. Staff was very rude considering the amount of stress I'm under. I would hope when I'm scared for my health the staff wouldn't be so short and dismissive but that is not the case here. Very much appreciate how kind and considerate everyone is. I was there for a second mammogram and an ultrasound of one breast because there were suspicious spots in the initial mammogram. Heather, who did my repeat mammogram, was gentle, thoughtful and caring. S M (I am embarrassed I did not remember her name) who did my ultrasound was kind and professional and very caring. My Dr. Ordered an MRI on the 12/27. I was told that I would be called once they got authorization from my insurance. I recived a call around the 10th of January that they had gotten authorization and want to schedule my appointment. So appointment was set on 1/18/2019 and I was on time only to be told the authorization is pending so I would need to redchedual or private pay. I do not drive and have to make special arrangement for transportation but that was of no concern to the girl behind the counter. I am very frustrated with the lack of competents in their Pre authorisation process and scheduling. You DO NOT have to go to the clinic your doctor automatically sends the orders to, ask the clinic to send you a copy of the order and shop it around to several clinics, they all do the same thing, they are competitors or you hope there is competition between these businesses. For my procedure, a simple ultra sound of my abdomen: __ Invision Sally Jobe charges - $268.00 __Envision Healthcare charges - $201.00 This is money out of my pocket. You may laugh, I asked Sally Jobe to match Envision Healthcare's price, for me SJ is 3 miles closer, they said, NO CAN DO, Envision Healthcare wins my business. I am writing this on behalf of my aunt to warn other patients about this facility. It is very difficult for an elderly person who has struggled with breast cancer to have continuous mammograms and you would hope that medical technicians would be professional and supportive around these issues. My aunt experienced a mammogram here at the Littleton location where the technician "Heather" was rude, impatient, and not supportive to her needs, and body limitations. My aunt struggles with Scoliosis and Heather continued to tell her in a stern and impatient voice to straighten up her body which she could not physically do as my aunt continuously explained. She brought in another technician to help her to do this and they physically grabbed her bruised up arms and positioned her in the machine as she continued to tell them she was in much pain. After this appointment my aunt tried to be strong, but sat in her car and cried for a period of time about the way that she was treated. Not only were they emotionally abusive, but they did not take the time to listen to her and hear her needs or observe her physical limitations. read more

I just left Sally Jobe off of Hampden on Eliat Street, Englewood. It was a horrible experience getting my MRI on my breast. I was just diagnosed with cancer 6 days ago and wanted to get the MRI asap. My usual location on Indiana could not get me in till next week. I did not want to wait that long as I am meeting with my surgeon on Wednesday. The equipment used for my MRI was 10 years old, the noise was deafening. The ear phones did little to help. I had anxiety during the procedure as all I could think about was getting away from that horrible machine. Was told by the tech that this machine was noisier due to its age and the newer machines were much quieter although still loud. I then went to the manager of the facility and told him how awful it had been. He too agreed that the older machines are much louder than the newer ones. I cannot recommend enough for any woman needing an MRI for breast cancer to do your research first on the age of the MRI equipment. I wish I had known that Sally Jobe was using such outdated equipment for MRI's at some of their locations. No wonder it would take another full week to get into their newer facility at Indiana. I could have gone to Rose Medical or Sky Ridge Hospital if I had known they were going to use that torture chamber for my MRI. It is stressful enough to have cancer and trying to figure out what surgeon, oncologist, etc to use but when you have to endure the noise I just endured to see how far it had spread is beyond ridiculous when there is equipment out there that is much less noisy. I will not be using Sally Jobe again for any of my diagnostic procedures. I would not want to take a chance of another horrible experience like today. Again, do your research before having Sally Jobe at any location do an MRI. Since having my first MRI ever I had another one at another Sally Jobe location on Bellview, Greenwood Village. What a different experience. First of all they made me very comfortable, or as best as could be expected for laying on your stomach for 45 minutes inside an MRI machine. Then I told them about my horrible experience at the Sally Jobe on Eliat Street in Englewood. They put ear plugs in my ears then added earphones. I could hardly hear the machine. I blame the tech for not doing the same at the other location. It was a torture chamber and the worst experience ever. There is no excuse for what she put me through now that I know better. I also did some research on line and using ear plugs with ear phones is a standard practice. Sally Jobe should be embarrassed for having such terrible techs working for them and causing additional distress to patients in an already stressful situation dealing with a cancer diagnosis. I will not forget the woman ever who did my MRI or the terrible experience. The manager was just as bad for not correcting his facility to not be a torture chamber for patients. Both should be fired and replaced with professionals who understand what it is like to be in this position with cancer and needing the best care possible. I should have known better when the manager had a toothpick in his mouth while discussing my experience the entire time I talked with him. I couldn't believe it. Shame on the corporate owners of Sally Jobe for putting profits ahead of quality health care. Throw away that old, 10 year, MRI machine, and update your facilities to the 21st century. Make sure every patient is given ear plugs, quality head sets, and made as comfortable as possible during their procedures. After visiting the Sally Jobe location off of Bellview with a beautiful reception area, updated MRI machines, all necessary equipment for a smooth MRI procedure and true professionals from start to finish. I would rank their Eliat Street, Englewood, location as an extremely dated facility that should not be part of or associated with Sally Jobe, a black mark on their otherwise up to date other facilities. Do your homework before allowing your doctor to recommend Sally Jobe for some locations. read more

I went to Sally Jobe on Balsam Way on February 10 to have an MRI. I don't have the names of the two girls that assisted me in preparation for the MRI. They were such amazing girls so kind and willing to help me in anyway. I am 75 yrs old, & have a lot of hardware in my back & legs from surgery&falls. I cannot say enough good things for the care these 2 girls gave me, would highly recommend this office. In all my yrs. of testing & hospital stays these two girls put me at ease& made me so comfortable while taking this test. I want to thank you so much, you both are absolutely awesome. read more
