It requires a lot for me to give any business a bad review, but in the case I was made to feel so horrible about my dislikes to the point that I feel that it necessitates a review of this business. Let me start with the Good, I called on a Monday and a person named Jayden answered quickly and was very professional. The salon is very clean looking and modern. The service I requested was a toe polish change and a gel manicure. Then things went downhill when, I had the polish on my toes changed and the polish was pooling inside my cuticles. The nail tech Kim, went into address the situation, not by redoing the polish, but by taking a brush with acetone and wiping out the cuticles--so now The polish at the cuticles are uneven. Moving on (since I had the foil on my hands)--on second thought I should have left then but my fiancé insisted that I carry on because we had run out of options for my nails and we were going out of town in a few days. The gel polish application (among the awful nail shaping) was probably the worst I've ever received in life. The polish was both lumpy and bumbling. I brought this up to the nail tech Kim, who spoke to someone who appeared to be her superior and said that the polish wasn't so great, but carried on polishing anyway and insisted that the top coat with fix the issue. When I started to cry, the Kim invited her superior to come and look at the polish and she responded, that I'm looking at the polish in the sun light and that it is unnoticeable if I place my hands downwards. I've been in the beauty industry for a while and have never ever been told that my qualms about a service is unjustified and to just have my complaints swept under the rug. I have the biggest day of my life happening in less than 72 hours with horrible looking nails. read more

I needed a quick mani/pedi before my cruise and I saw that Invogue had great reviews. The overall atmosphere was great, the salon was very clean and well put together. My pedicure was fine, quick and straight to the point and they turned out great. My nails however were a different story, I asked for the SNS powder and my nails look like they have blobs of color on them with hangnails. They have no shape and there is a bubble in one and most of them aren't smooth at all. When I told the tech, I was still charged full price. If you're going in for a simple mani (nothing extravagant) or pedi this could be your go to. read more

I spoke to the front desk lady and she said there had been many complaints about this tech that management has ignored. The worst and most hurried pedicure I've had in my life. This tech hardly cared or paid attention to helping my feet and the treatment they needed. She spent at most two minutes on a "massage", which was more like a light lotion. She filed my toes in a hurry, hardly paying attention to neatness. It was very sad... considering when you pay good money for services. I visited this salon with my bridal party before my wedding and to say I was highly impressed is an understatement! It was so clean and the staff was AMAZING!! They took great care of us and helped THIS stressed out bride really unwind and relax! Chris did a great job on my nails. Most of the staff is nice, but i went to get my acrylics and one of the ladies was rude and my acrylics came out extremely crooked and some of the polish smeared off. I was very disappointed and now my nails are messed up. I gave the lady a huge tip regardless. Most of them are nice but i wouldn't get acrylics done here. Stick with simple polish. read more
