0/10 I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I first tried booking online, but the website wouldn't let me schedule an appointment for a Saturday. I called the salon instead and spoke with someone at the front desk. The interaction felt awkward and difficult--whether it was a communication issue or a language barrier, the process was not smooth. We eventually handled everything over text. I sent a video showing the exact hairstyle I wanted and was told they could recreate it. Throughout this process, I was repeatedly pushed to add services like manicures, pedicures, and hair coloring, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the same person I had spoken with earlier. The check-in was technically fine, but the atmosphere felt cold and mechanical rather than welcoming. I was then assigned to a stylist. Almost immediately, I realized they were working from a different reference video and a different hairstyle than the one I had sent. No one showed it to me or asked for my approval--they just started working. They didn't ask if my hair was clean or prep it properly (no conditioning or sleeking), which resulted in many visible flyaways and a rougher look. Both the salom owner and the stylist were working on my hair at the same time, openly arguing about how to do the style and essentially experimenting on me. I was even told that neither of them really specializes in updos, but they wanted to "try" this one. After several attempts and continued back-and-forth between them, I finally had to intervene and say that I only wanted one person working on my hair. That moment was deeply uncomfortable. The owner looked at me aggressively, pinched my arm twice, and said, "Okay, I understand, okay, I understand." She then gathered all the products she had brought--various holding sprays and texture sprays--and removed them so the stylist couldn't use them. Later, she brought them back selectively, maintaining control from the sidelines. It felt tense, unprofessional, and invasive. Although the stylist continued, the owner kept hovering and interjecting. At no point did anyone ask for my feedback--no "Do you like this?" or "Is this what you wanted?" They simply continued in their own direction. The final result looked like a bunch of hair pinned at the back of my head. I paid and left, but once I got home, I took it all out because I truly didn't like it. It didn't make me feel confident, and that's the whole point of getting your hair done. Overall, I felt unheard, uncomfortable, and treated more like a transaction than a client. The experience lacked communication, professionalism, and care. The owner either needs to trust her stylists to do their jobs or become properly trained herself. As it stands, the environment feels chaotic and controlling, and it's not a place I would return to or recommend ever. Price was $120 just for the updo. read more

I usually do not write reviews, but I had to for this. Cindy gave me some of the best highlights I have ever had in my life. From the moment I sat down, I could tell she really knows what she is doing. She has such a strong eye for color and placement, and everything felt very intentional. The highlights came out so natural and bright, with a really soft blend. Nothing looked harsh or overdone. It just looks effortless and polished, like that perfect sunlit color you hope for but rarely get. She also really listens and understands what you want, then somehow makes it even better. I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I walked out feeling so confident and put together, which is not something every salon can do. I was in serious need of a de-stress day and booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage here. The atmosphere inside is really calming and exactly what you want from a spa - it's quiet and smells amazing. My massage therapist was fantastic. She actually listened to me when I pointed out my shoulder tension and used the perfect amount of pressure. I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because they were running a bit behind, and I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time. Not a huge deal, but it did cut into my schedule a bit. I scheduled an appointment at Euphoria Day Spa for a dermaplaning cosmetic procedure to effectively remove dead skin cells from my face. The treatment results were exceptionally smooth and refreshed skin. After dermaplaning, I received a mini facial that included cleansing and moisturizing, which enhanced my skin's glow. The experience was highly soothing, with warm towels infused with steam and the heat table contributing to relaxation. The salon was quiet with just a little relaxing nature/water background music. The entire session was outstanding, especially on a cool day. The owner, who is also the aesthetician, was very accommodating and thorough. Found this place online after reading good reviews. Called and scheduled a haircut getting in the next day. The salon is very clean and pleasant inside. Nicole was my stylist. She saw me right away ( no wait). She did a great job trimming/cleaning up my shoulder length hair. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair and hair health. I'm very happy with my haircut. Watermelon pedicure with gel! I needed a last-minute pedicure and had to do a next day appointment and I'm pretty sure they would've even fit me in the same day which I greatly appreciated! It was relaxing thorough and very enjoyable they did an absolutely wonderful job! Yes they do try to upsell you to a facial and things like that but that's every business so I'm not offended by it and I also made sure that I said no and they respected that! The prices are astronomical and my hair looks like a skunk stripe-not natural at all. Communication was terrible as well. The owner said she would do my pedicure while the my hair was on foils and then never showed up to do it until my hair was done. My neighbor wanted to treat me to a spa day since I cleaned his house for him. He chose Euphoria Spa since its right down the street from us. He went to check it out without me one evening and when he went in, there was only one person working and they didn't even acknowledge/realize he was in the shop. He wanted to go back during a busier time to see how it was. We were greeted by the receptionist, he told her what he wanted, and she gave him a price of $218 so he rounded up and got a gift card for $220 and we made the appointment for a facial, mani-pedi and haircut.  I have never had a facial before and didn't know what to expect but the lady just wanted to try to sell a higher package. She kind of got nasty when I refused to do her suggestions. The room that facial was done in wasn't the cleanest. Facial was nice and relaxing though. Next was time for Mani and Pedi. The receptionist was the one to do by mani. I have had mani's at other places, so I knew what to expect. I keep my nails short due to working in the medical field and she kept asking if I bite my nails. I explained to her and other staff members kept asking why I bite my nails. I keep them short due to germs. She filed my nails evenly, painted them with REALLY thick nail polish and she never massaged my hands or anything else of that nature and that cost $30. A different lady did my Pedi, she did a wonderful job. She recognized immediately that the nail polish I used on my hands was really thick and got another color similar to color and painted me toenails with it.  Final thing to be done was my hair cut. The lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job. She cut 4 inches off and layered it and I love it. Off to check out after everything was done and the total came out to $237 not including tip. How did the receptionist not get the total right in the beginning when the gift card was bought. She couldn't figure out how she got the total for the gift card vs what the overall total was. When I asked about the mani not being done right she looked at me like I was stupid and offered to massage my hands, but by this time I had been there for almost 4 hours and was ready to go home. My neighbor and I attempted to call to speak to the owner/manager about the situation and never received a call. I feel like if you want to run a proper business you would call and find out good and bad. I would caution anyone about Euphoria Spa and make sure you get things in writing in case the same situation happens to you as it did to me. read more

Me and my sister came in to get full sets and she got a pedicure. The lady who did her dip and her pedicure was very nice. The problem is that the lady at the front who greeted never stated how much she would be charged every 20 minutes for the pedicure. I went to go get my nails done and she just told the lady to do an hour, a hour goes by my nails are finished. I was charged $12 extra for a really bad V tip, the man that was doing my nails looked like he was just now learning and couldn't even make a straight line. I didn't say anything to not be rude until later when I wash my hands and when I was done, there was crust all over my cuticles and there still is it is not coming off he moved me next to my sister when she was getting her nails done and didn't even let me finish drying my nails I had to ask them for the fan and then had to ask the person I was doing my sister's nails if she could wipe my hands off because he had got white paint all over my fingertips and I hate my nails honestly worst nail salon I've been to and to top it off the lady at the front stays on top of everybody 24 seven it's really uncomfortable. She treats her staff horribly and I honestly felt bad for them. He was nice to ask me if I wanted anything to drink, I asked for water he brought it in a glass cup and when I look, there was a lipstick stain on the cup before I even touched it honestly disgusting and I'm really really disappointed. So I really like this nail salon. The owners and staff are very nice and you can get everything you need done in one place. This is my second time coming here and while my acrylic manicure is perfect, my toes did not get the same treatment. I had two separate nail technicians for my manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, I wasn't asked how I liked the the pedicure before she was finished. I don't think she really gave it the attention to detail I usually receive and you can tell with the picture, the polish did not fully cover my nails. I came in for acrylic nails. It had been awhile since I had my nails done so before I came in I made sure I knew what shape, length, etc that I wanted. The nail tech that took care of me said ok she understood then basically did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I said please make them shorter and she said "once I file they will be" I said please don't make them come to a point and she replied "they won't look pointed when I'm done" ..guess what... they were way too long and came to a point, a style that is very popular but absolutely not practical for a hands on mama who wanted something different. I was so irritated that I just thanked her and made my way to the front to pay. One woman at the front desk was very nice and even looked a little embarrass by the price I was charged while the very rude woman next to her asked me how I was leaving a tip. I tipped, of course, because this is the Womens livelihood but I will not be back and do not recommend. read more

Love this full service salon! I'm new to the area and had to find a new salon and spa. It was easy and professional from the first phone call. Juli was wonderful and made scheduling easy. I believe you can also do walk ins. I scheduled a massage with Danny. Very relaxing and I felt like he listened to my requests and concerns.
