They called ahead as promised, arrived on time, and were very efficient. They worked together to get the fridge into the basement--not an easy job as there is a turn in the stairs that they had to maneuver. They had to carry it down because of how tight it was. I would definitely hire these two guys, Josh and Justin, again. Apparently, they do deliveries for Menards but they also do household moves.

He told me he would provide me with an estimate and after a week I hadn't heard from him or anyone else from the company so I called to follow up myself. Multiple times. I left multiple voice messages and never heard back, even 6 weeks after his visit. I would not recommend this company to anyone given their lack of follow up and poor communication. Very disappointing.
