If you want to get fleeced, by all means give them a call. My vehicle was stuck so I called my insurance company called them since they were local. They charged my insurance company $300 and me $225 for literally 10 minute service. The driver came out, hooked a winch to my vehicle, pulled it 50 feet, unhooked winch, and drove off. PERIOD.
