    Honestly, honesty from the Service advisor. Integrity of the Service advisor. Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I have no further trust for Richardson Chevrolet in Standish, MI, KG.

    Literally do not take your car there.. these nasty people had a fire burned up my car and I have to…read moresue them and they do not feel that they're liable.. these people are horrible.. I got my car towed to this lot and the wrecking truck caught on fire and burn up half the lot.. they never tried to rectify this they're literally trying to fight me on paying me back.. I don't know where these people's morals are but I don't understand how these people can operate a business be careful cuz they don't have insurance yes I got my car towed for not having insurance from the police and they had my car towed to this station who doesn't have insurance if they do they don't have the right insurance.. I don't know what's wrong with these people but they literally need to get a grip and pay the people back whose life had been affected by that fire.. seriously nasty people you know it..

    This company was a life saver today. My mom and sister were traveling to Bay City and my mom got a…read moreflat at 9:15 am - she called AAA and 3 hours later still no call back from AAA. I called H & R to see if they could help my mom and sister. I explained that my sister is diabetic on insulin and my mom had no snack to give her and she needs to eat at specific times. Jimmy had Jordan the driver stop at McDonalds and get my sister some lunch and then made it to them in time so that my mom did not have to call 911 for my sister. H & R responded and got to my mom in 30 minutes...AAA called my mom while Jordan was changing the tire. Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond. So thankful. LIsa
