This makes you just another doctors office. STOP THE BS and wasting people's time when they are in pain & need care. If anyone questions why hospital emergency rooms are used for non life threatening care- this office is one one of the reasons. Lying to the public and actually using a 20 foot neon sign to promote the lie, is rediculous and reprehensable. I will make sure everyone I know to take their business elsewhere. Clearly this is not a medical care provider that cares about people.

I'm so frustrated with this care team. I don't know if the people just don't care, or they are…read moreoverworked, or if this is an issue with the myunitypoint, but I have tried and tried to get this office to send my prescriptions to the appropriate address and they just don't do it. I have tried calling the office, I have tried using the portal, I brought it up to my doctor in person, I brought it up to the office staff when I was there in person, and I have consistently been very polite in addressing it. Finally I sent a frustrated message through the portal, but the care team never read it or replied. Because of this I have ended up having to go without my medications repeatedly, I have had to spend endless amounts of time on the phone with the office and waiting on hold, and explaining the situation to pharmacists. The only conclusion I can draw at this point is they don't care. For any clarification that may be needed I have been traveling for work for 17 months, but have repeatedly been back to Iowa and attended any necessary visits. I have explained the situation of my travel to the care team probably 2 dozen times at this point, but still about 85% of the time the office sends my Rx to the wrong place. It is so frustrating.

I get my physical here every year by the same doctor. If I was just reviewing him or the girls who…read moredraw my blood this would be 5 star. But he has some staff that are just unpleasant. Depending on the day the front office is hit or miss. I've been greeted really well and also with a "really when will they stop coming in" face that is followed with attitude. Customer service should be front and foremost. Who really wants to go to the doctor? The nurses are the same. There are a couple I wish I could ask for them every time I go in. On my last visit I tried to make conversation and even asked a couple of question no response. Me "Is the weight here in kg or lbs." no response, Nurse: " could you step over here I need to get your height" Then when its her turn to ask questions I'm met with "are you having a bad day" not until I starting talking to you. Yea I'm going back I really like my doctor, but with many reservations.
