SHE NEVER TRIED IT ON HIM TO WHERE IT FIT HIM. My son tried it on at home and it didn't fit....he NEVER wore it. I got a bill in the mail for $300!! For a splint that costs $30 on Amazon!! Insurance paid $115!! So our bill was $185!! No thank you. I took the splint back unused. This shady, unethical business continues to send me a bill for a splint that didn't fit, was unused, and we returned!!

She treated my painful heel via conservative measures, and in less than a week, my pain is almost gone. She answered all my lame (get it?) questions, and she is really nice, as is the check-in lady. Her diagnosis was accurate and I've seen great improvement. I highly recommend her if you have any foot problems. I just wish I had gone to see her sooner.

I must be doing something wrong (according to these reviewers) because I have zero complaints. I will never go anywhere else given a choice. I also went to the emergency there with a severe nosebleed several years ago at 3 AM and got great treatment that day, too. I had to wait a long time because my ENT Dr. Was performing an emergency surgery 100 miles away. I don't think it's coincidental that I've had such good treatment.

My Dad felt uncomfortable to ask questions and request care during his stay. We are from a way bigger city than Des Moines and did not expect such awful care! They just wanted to push him out despite his high pain. No thought or care for his condition or age! WE WILL AVOID THIS BRANCH OF HOSPITALS IN THE FUTURE! This hospital should study up on the organization UCHealth! This is the top tier care we are used to! What a awful culture and patient care model.

The young, dark haired woman at check in never took her eyes off her computer screen, never greeted me, except for "have you been here before". She handed me a clipboard to complete and I shuffled over on the counter because I could barely walk or sit and she pointed to the other side of the room and told me to go there. I told her I couldn't walk very well and that I was going to stay put. The nurse with the red hair was equally as rude and showed absolutely no emotion. Didn't greet me except to say my name. I was barely able to walk. She offered no help when I couldn't take my shoes or coat off, just looked at me with a blank stare. PA that saw me was rushed and gave me nothing for my extreme pain. No bedside manner at all.
