    Iowa State's beautiful campus
    Patrick T.

Living in Ames for 9 years, I kinda felt like I went to IOWA STATE even though I never set foot into the class room setting I did enjoy music events, sporting events, conferences, weddings, and all the other activities this campus setting hosts! Heck I even got to open for President Obama in front of 6,000 people on central campus! I kissed in the clock tower, skipped rocks on Lake Laverne, was a guest Dj on KURE campus radio, and even drank a beer in a dorm or two! The Campus is beautiful and laid out perfectly for fall leave crunch walks to your next class! This will forever be my go to college even though I never went! LOVE ISU

Why would you want to go to college anywhere else? Beautiful campus. Great facilities. Distinguished faculty. Friendly peers. Fantastic sports. Unbelievable cultural events. All located in a fun college town.

It feels silly to review Iowa State, but why not? It is my favorite place on earth. It is not possible to miss my time at Iowa State any more that I do. I met my best friends here and I made too many memories to ever list them all. The campus is absolutely breathtaking. A beautiful place to walk around and enjoy nature whether it is spring, summer, winter or fall. My husband and I were engaged under the Campanile on Homecoming, so nothing makes me happier than thinking of campus full of leaves and some good ol' Cyclone Football. The school spirit is incredible, especially when on display at Jack Trice, and VEISHEA in the spring is a fun experience for everyone. Definitely worth a stop if you are ever nearby. Tons of history and tons of beauty all in one spot!
