The mall was air conditioned, clean, 80's modern, and safe with mostly middle range shops. The Food court was easy to find. There were a couple sit down restaurants. We went to the sushi restaurant but the hostess said there was a long wait. We settled on Pizza Hut for my youngest which had a surprisingly long wait. The rest of us ate Chinese "Cajun" food which is similar to what's offered in all US malls. Everyone was fed for about $35. The food was a little greasy but filling. I had to use my Spanish to order everything. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable.

It has every store you can think of from dirt ass cheap to very expensive and upscale. There's TONS of food options, a 4D theater, cheap covid testing, and a huge discount grocery store. I could've easily spent a full day here exploring all the goodies! I'm most impressed with Calcium nails where I got my gel acrylic nails done for $14 USD. I was also amazed by the grocery store. It had clothes, food, shoes, towels, alcohol, literally EVERYTHING. Like a big ole even cheaper Walmart lol. It can be very packed in the mall and a lot of people just walk right into you. I thought that was weird but hey what can ya do? I'm definitely looking forward to going back and exploring the mall even more.

What showed up was an unmarked van--no medical staff, no equipment, nothing resembling an emergency vehicle. Just a driver. I told them clearly I didn't want to proceed if it was going to cost a lot and would arrange my own transport. They completely ignored my concerns and rushed me into the van anyway. The 10-minute ride ended up costing me over $2,000--for what was essentially just a taxi ride. I tried to dispute the charge with my insurance, but they couldn't track down the company. Months later, I received a lawsuit from a law firm in another state, demanding payment for this "ambulance ride." After doing some research and reading other reviews, I found that many people have had similar experiences. In my opinion, this company seems to operate on a questionable business model, targeting vulnerable tourists who are in pain or disoriented. I've consulted with a lawyer, who informed me that in order to garnish wages or take further legal action, they would need legal representation in my state--so they can't just go after me without following proper procedures. My advice to anyone in a similar situation: Ask a lot of questions upfront. Get everything in writing. Don't assume just because someone at a resort says it's "medical transport" that it's a legitimate service. Trust me, you don't want to learn this the hard way like I did.
