A quick phone call confirmed the screen was in stock, and produced an estimate for the price of the job and how long it would take. Drop off was a breeze. The shop was clean and professional looking. Then the time comes, I spend an hour round trip getting here, just to be told no and turned away. The store manager, Andrew, is arguably one of the least professional individuals I have had to interact with. I pleaded my case, told him the situation, and that I wouldn't aimlessly waste my time driving here. I then repeated that I called earlier to confirm, to which then he flailed his arms in the air like a child and ran out back to call whoever he did to confirm, then came back and lied to me saying no one ever said this. I pleaded once more but he still said I was not his priority and should have better time management to get down here (I work til 4:30). Last time I was here, I watched Andrew get in a confrontation with another customer who complained about the service here (shocker) and raised his voice at Andrew, who started shaking with fear, and had to go outside for well over 30 minutes to cool off, slowing down repairs and customer service further.
