Such a cute spot in the right place for shoppers who needs a quick pick me up. I stopped in for popcorn, but ended up getting ice cream. I had cookies and cream and vanilla. The service is quick and they were super kind. They do have more sweets as well including candy, coated pralines, and more. Upon entry to iPop, the pleasant smell of popcorn greeted me. Unfortunately on the day I visited, I waited awhile as no one was in the shop. I was only after finding an alternate to Garrett's popcorn out of Chicago. The employee provided me a sample of the cheese corn, a few kernels, which was enough to give me a taste. I bought some of it and the Chicago Mix. The cheese corn is a "dry cheese" and not wet like Garrett's. The cheese corn was fine for the dry cheese, just not my style. read more

So this place has a mamy variety of popcorn. FOOD I already had some white cheddar popcorn from double good and wanted to pair it with some caramel popcorn... you know a rendition of the Chicago style. I would say that it is a little steep, but I have to keep in mind its gourmet. I also noticed that it was really sweet. I wasn't expecting that. It just gave more of a sugar rush than acquiring the caramel flavor. AMBIANCE It is very cute and colorful inside. It is also very small, so it isn't much of a hang out spot. It's hard to know if his place is a 3 or 4 star... I'd say based on taste, a 4. Based on everything else, 3. We got the Chicago mix, having a little throwback to our Chicago days, and it wasn't disappointing! I appreciated that there was more cheese than caramel because we all know that's the real fav. It really was full of flavor, just didn't rival Garret's in chi-town. The worker there was nice as well, but I really waited about 10-15 mins for him to bag my 1 large bag, and I was the only one there. Weird. I was in a hurry as well, just felt like a long stop. iPop has the best popcorn ever! My family loves to have their popcorn at Grizz games at the FedEx forum, but this was my first time visiting their brick & mortar store in Cordova. I tried a large mix of buffalo ranch and spicy cheddar. Spicy food is my jam and this mix didn't disappoint! The sizes are very fair as well. If you love popcorn look no further you have officially found the best popcorn spot in Memphis TN! There are so many flavors to choose from and every flavor I had was delicious! I tried the Memphis mix, Rainbow candy mix, movie mix and a few others. My husband brought some home the other day and we had to go back this is our new favorite spot! It's a family owned business everyone was very nice and helpful. They are reasonably priced and sell bluebell ice cream too! I can't wait to go back to iPop! read more

I sampled quite a few (toasted almond, white cheddar, Chicago (caramel and cheddar mix) and jalapeno before settling on toasted almond and buffalo ranch. The owner explained the profiles of each flavor and recommended other samples based on our preferences. She was incredibly kind and even talked to us a bit about why they started the business. I pass this place often and decided to stop after work. I love popcorn, so I had to check it out. I was surprised to see they had ice cream and other treats to enjoy. The popcorn was great. I tried many flavors, but ultimately decided on the candy coated rainbow flavor for my kids and a mixture of a spicy buffalo flavor and dill pickle for me. They were all great. I asked a simple, most playful question and the person working got an attitude, was rude and told me I had offended him.

For their small bag of popcorn which was maybe 2-3 cups of popcorn. They charged $13 or more depending on flavor. IMHO exorbitant prices! If the popcorn were absolutely amazing, I still wouldn't pay that much. I got a cheese caramel Chicago style mix. I thought it was very salty. The lay out of the store was strange as well- There's a big empty area where there must have once been tables and chairs and a small counter is in the front. They keep their popcorn in the back rather than displaying them. Altogether very odd. read more

While visiting Memphis I tried 3 different popcorn spots. This was definitely the best, the flavors were on point for each sample we tried. We ended up leaving with an extra large and 2 other bags of popcorn. As far as the prices, they seemed very comparable to the other popcorn shops we stopped by, which did not have the quality. They have a few good flavors but everytime I've ever gone, there's always been a customer service issue. And they take forever. My boyfriend and I decided to try iPop after our experience with City Pop in Denver, CO but it did not compare. They need more flavors, more professionalism, and better customer service. My very first experience... I googled their hours and drove there (the hours on the door and google were the same) then realized they werent opened. When I called to find out (while being parked out front) the owner (I assume) answered the phone and said they were opening late today because they had to go buy more supplies. Being a business major, I know that's poor management and there's no excuse for that. My last and final time going there, the lady at the register argued with my boyfriend for getting his order wrong. I've been 4 times total and each time was aggrevating. They're never busy, yet I spend at least 20 minutes in the store getting 1 small bag of popcorn. read more

While looking around they didn't even look or speak to me and obviously didn't want to be there..
