Took my daughter to get our nails done. Her tech so super nice and awesome!!! Mine was very rude and kept heavily sighing. I understand he was tired but I paid nearly 200 for nail services... he was so mean I cried. I can't make myself go back there and hope the other new nail place in Pittsburg is decent. To be fair, my daughter had a wonderful time. I just got a bad one. read more

Finally a luxury nail salon in Pittsburg! The facility was clean and everyone was friendly! Dani did an amazing job on my finger nails. She talked to me, helped me find the exact colors I wanted, and put care into her work. She did not take on other clients at the same time as me (we all know how the other places in town do this). It appeared everyone was appointment based. It took around an hour for acrylic application, gel polish, and the designs. They offer alcoholic & n/a drinks and they had snacks. Overall, I was impressed and will come again! read more

had great service today it's my birthday weekend and I had a complementary Moscato two cups my eyebrows were done and they look nice. I usually do threading, but I decided to get waxed. She did amazing job and did amazing job on my manicure today and the young lady who did my pedicure did a great job thank you. The atmosphere was great. read more

Stopped by without an appointment to get a set of dip nails. Service was great, nails look great HOWEVER this was my first time getting a manicure where I was never asked to wash my hands. A couple other manicures were in process at the same time as mine and they never got up as well. The nail files and buffers were very dusty, well worn; a new file or e-file cover was not used. Not sure I will return, it's not worth an infection due to trying to turn clients. read more

My friend and I will not be returning to this salon. We tried them twice and the second was worst than the first. I left with my nails hurting, misshapen, with visible streaks and bumps from the gel polish used over the dip powder. I had to ask to wash my hands at the end since there was dust all over them. Very disappointed. read more

I went to Iposh Nail and Spa in Pittsburg, KS for a new Acrylic Set of nails. To take my old nails off,the nail tech just cut them, put an uncut acrylic between the tip and my nail, and wedged them up to rip them off. This caused a layer of my natural nail to come off. the old Acrylic should only have been soaked off or gently filed off. this Tech either wasn't trained properly or was trying to cut corners. I take good care of my nails and I will not be back to this place. IPOSH---I NOT!! read more

I left a bad review on Google and the response was the policy is it can be fixed if the complaint is in 7 days. But we talked about me leaving the country during my pedicure... My pedicures usually last until they grow out. This "gel" pedicure we paid extra for didn't even make it to the airplane. I sent a message on Facebook and didn't get a response. If the customer service is good send my $40 back so I can get a real Pedicure.

When costumer would walk in they would stop doing yours go do the customers, then stop doing theirs and come back to you for a little bit, then go back to the customer and do theirs. It was crazy. The supplies were gross and you could tell haven't been cleaned for awhile. My friend put on lotion there and it expired in 2017. I understand it's a college town and life is busy but I will just make the trip to Joplin next time.
