BEWARE - Expect to be billed $250 to get your hair dyed the wrong color after turning your hair blue. Also expect to spend seven hours there and be blamed by the owner. Did I mention they never got around to even cutting my wife's hair. Wife left in tears. Owner asked if she could meet me halfway then refused a discount. The receptionist was amazing in sharing the salon products and their mission for clean hair products, gave me a tour and checked on me throughout my appointment. I met Vanessa and she listened to my needs and delivered! I don't fully understand my curl type but Vanessa so happened to have a specialty in curly hair. I got eyelash extensions here and also purchased the semi-permanent liner. The location is at the back end of an office complex which doesn't exactly follow numerical order if you are looking for the address, so it was difficult to find. I tried calling but as they only have one person working the desk, they weren't able to help me at the time I was looking for their location. The actual place is very nice and relaxing, the staff is friendly and helpful, but unfortunstely, my lashes (despite proper care -not showering, sweating. Applying creams etc) started to fall off the very next day and were gone before 1 week. The semi-permanent liner, which was a small tube for $22, didn't stay on as it was supposed to either. I might go back to try other services, but definitely not for lashes. read more

This place is truly a gem. I have an extremely sensitive scalp and am allergic to hair dyes and even some organic hair dyes. The only thing that works on my hair is by a company called Hairprint. It is a super clean product but is time consuming to put on. I called Ippadaro and Terri was amazing. She was willing to learn this new product for me. Many people won't learn something new but this company does. They are all so sweet as well. I genuinely feel like these women are like a little family as well and they all treat you like one. Hello, I just want to let all of you know that since Thursday  March 7, 2019 I have been a mess. I got my eyebrows  done  with Siera and I didn't  want  to make a scene there. So when I got home I text her to let her know. I cried  all the way home and took  pictures  and sent them to her. And after looking at her post on Instagram  they looked perfect compared  to mine . I was miserable all weekend  didn't  want to leave my house. Yes, she did go over the shape and color  but they both  were not what  I said yes to. I told her I didn't  want them thick and she said we will start of thin and can always  go thick. She didn't even start thin and she know that the color need to be darker. She thinks mine look good.  I think she needs  to get her eyes check. So I asked her if she could please give me half  of my money.  She told  me she couldn't  do that but that she would give me an other  service  for free. I don't  want to go back to someone that screwed  up my face. So if you want to get you eyebrows done don't go here to Siera this is the kind of work she does and she said said she would fix the strokes but I had to wait 6 weeks. I was not going to let her touch my eyebrows again. If the pictures she post are her clients that she did on the 1st visit came out clean and perfect like the one in pictures then mine should of too. So let me tell you, my hair was a hot mess and had been for a while. It was multicolored (gray, red, and some dried out orangey color) and not in the pretty multidimensional way. It was dry and frizzy on the ends (I have a before pic but it is honestly just too bad to post). So needless to say, I needed help. Ippodaro was just what my hair was craving! This all organic salon gave my hair the gentle treatment it needed to bring it back to life. Jesse is phenomenal. She listens to what you're asking for and delivers! I came here for a massage and it was the worst thing I have ever experienced. The table was so short when my masseuse had me put my arm down, my hand was on the floor. I payed for a deep tissue and I kept having to ask for more pressure. She was sitting on her stool and rubbing the lotion in instead of standing up and applying pressure on my back like a normal massage. The so called "relaxing music" was not relaxing. It was a bunch of birds chirping over and over which just started to get annoying. I asked her to change it and she proceeded to say that it's the only music they offer. After the massage my body felt like it had icy hot on it so I asked if there lotion was scented. She said no because we don't want to risk allergic reactions. When I left the salon, I realized I smelled eucalyptus in the lotion which I know can create an icy hot effect. Which means, she lied to me. While I was waiting to pay in line, they were clearing out a back room and sweeping dirt right in front of me and one of the workers was sweeping dirt and dust right in front of me and I had to keep lifting my feet. This proceeded for about 15 minutes. When I was about to pay, the checkout lady shoved her hand in my face and said give me a minute. She was calling her family on the work phone and talking to them for 20 minutes. Nobody should ever have to wait 35 minutes to pay let alone any of the things I experienced. I've been going to Terri (hair stylist) for years. She does a beautiful job chemically straitening my hair which lasts me 5-6 months. She's so warm and friendly, you'll leave feeling like she's your best friend. She offers lots of organic hair products too. Everyone there really goes out of their way to make you comfortable and treat you like family. I've also being seeing Tina for my nails for 15 years! She's amazing. she really cares about keeping your nails healthy and clean. Her acrylic doesn't yellow. Her shalac easily lasts for 3 weeks without any chipping, fading or cracking. I have followed her to 3 different salons because she is so good. Most people thing my false nails are my own because they are so natural and thin. I'll never go to anyone else. read more

Really wanted to love this place. Staff was very nice which is why I left any stars at all. It was my first time trying lash extensions and I wanted to look nice for my husband who was coming home a military leave. I was told the lashes would last at least 14 days. I expected some of the lashes to fall out with my own natural lashes. What I didn't expect is for them to fall out in CLUMPS less than 24 hours after getting them done. I followed the directions given to prolong the life of my extensions, but after a few days only a few remained. Unfortunately, I was on vacation so I couldn't get them redone. I didn't even bother redeeming my fill. Hopefully this is just an isolated incidence, but I will not return. read more
