I did my research before having Rain Tech/Ultimate Gutters do the job I needed. I really didn't…read morehave any issues with them at all until after the installation. Then I kept being promised they were going to come and installed a two foot space that was left uninstalled with the premium guards that I purchased. After that their phone was disconnected, and their email address deleted. The gutters do look nice, which is why I didn't give them the lowest star, but I would not recommend them at all because customer service is the most important aspect of business. Rain Guard failed miserably, and I still have to find someone to install the part of the guard the wasn't installed.
