She has been Dr. Valluru Reddy's patient for decades. I wanted to get a Rx for a wheelchair and home health care. When I called the office, I was told he must see her. He spent 30 seconds with her and insisted she go to the McLaren ER. They did the tests which came back negative, but they said she would have to spend the night in ER and get a room tomorrow. The doctor would only approve a plan if she was in a room not ER. I was assured by multiple people that she was in good hands, even called to check. I arrived the next morning at 8:30 am and smelled urine. Mom was still in the disposable pants and clothes from the day before completely soaked. I was reminded that leaving was against Dr Reddy's order and Medicare probably wouldn't pay. I contacted an agency called Americas Home Health & Hospice Care (AHHC). Those angels got her out of there. God bless them. I received a call from Dr Reddy's office saying he wanted to see her first to approve Hospice. I contacted Mom's AHHC nurse who said they could go around him with their doctor. It's been days. Before this event my beloved mother could get to the potty using a walker, now she is completely incontinent, and her cognitive abilities have declined radically.

She will tell you that it is too stressful to deal with the patient and tell you you have to find another Dr doctor. Then when a doctor yells at you telling you "she should have listened to a receptionist(Barbie) about my medical advice" makes you wonder what kind of doctor you are dealing with. I went to her complaining about an allergic reaction to her nurse practitioner & a week later to her then when my heart doctor caught it and sent me to an allergy clinic she got all mad and said "i dont use that one & that i have to use to allergy clinic she uses". She asked me why I didn't inform her about the allergic reaction I told her I've been in there twice in the past 2 weeks complaining about it & that the hive make my throat swell closed and all she told me was "it was indigestion".So when I was in there today and she realize she made a mistake and it was not indigestion I became a very stressful patient she couldn't deal with me no more and I had to find another doctor. It was pretty funny when her receptionist thought she was going to tell me I cannot speak to a doctor that way but I'll be damned if I'm going to let a doctor or a low-paid receptionist speak to me in that tone without cussing them out. Rhonda shut her mouth real quick when she realized i was not going to let them scolled me like a little kid. Then if u have a problem and want to talk to the dr. her low paid receptionist won't let you talk to them the doctor you have to make up a lie to get in to see her just to discuss your problem. How illegal can that be? I could go to the main hospital and sign and boom get my results however I think they are so money hungry and the office staff is very disorganized and rude. I will be switching because of the horrible office staff they have and will not be recommending at all
