When I got there, the office staff was friendly and helpful. Of course I had several pages of paper work to fill out (medical history, nature of problem, etc.) and I was called back to the exam almost immediately. I explained my foot issues and, had X-rays, saw and talked to Dr. Victor Putz at length before I even got my paperwork completed! Although this has a Saginaw address, it is really located in Bridgeport on Dixie Hwy. I can't speak to the office experience but I can tell you about the quality of the care that my father received this year and also in 2024. He was here for rehab service both times. The staff here was very attentive to anything my father or my family requested. Ironically, he was in the same private room each time with a view of the parking lot on the side of the building. The physical therapy worked with my father to regain his mobility after surgery and his hospital stay. They were professional and they had the same mission as our family to have my father return to his home. Mission accomplished!
