I received a text after an hour that our table is ready so we entered and the lady on the reception told us to wait. So we sitted inside and infront of the reception. We patiently waited then I received another text that my name was removed in the waiting list. I thought maybe bec I'm already inside and already spoke to the reception. I thought it was normal to wait that long since from the review it's about 2-3hours waiting. We wait another hour. I cannot hold already my patience and we are hungry. I approached the reception again and to find out that me and my kids are waiting for nothing and wasting our time. Reception said that she message me twice that our table is ready. I told yea we are here inside on that 1st text but this lady told us to wait and remain sitted. So I don't know who's at fault if that lady forgot to tell to those handling the reservation or they ignored her. I don't know if we will come back again here bec of this waiting time. Maybe don't go there if you are too much hungry. Overall, the rest of my stars goes to food, the place and to Thyler (i forgot how his name spells). He's awesome! He took picture for us and even printed it for us to take home for free.

We often shop here for the holidays. It's fun to browse the aisles and you can find something for…read moreeveryone! Parking: They have a massive parking lot around the main building, as well as parking around the other buildings as well (since the shop covers several buildings and a pretty big area). They also have valet. Selection: Being such a large store, there's a ton of selection. You can spend HOURS shopping here. I rarely make it past the main building since the other parts have mostly furniture, linens, dishware, and such, but one day I do plan to explore all of them! The selection in the main building includes menswear, womenswear, kids, travel, stationary, games, makeup, kitchen appliances, books, pets, and holiday items. When you first enter, the displays there revolve depending on the season. Though a huge selection is great for finding a lot of things, it can also be overwhelming. I also find that they sometimes only have one of an item I'm buying or run out of items. Prices: The prices here are high, but what you would expect for the brands they carry. Service: The service can be hit-or-miss. In my experience you are rarely greeted or checked in on while shopping, which isn't a bad thing (as someone who likes to be left alone while contemplating my purchases I'm all for this!). However it does become an issue when you need help with something. There are also small service related moments that, while not horrible, can be frustrating. Most noteworthy is when you're trying to check out, the lines are more of a mob of people since the way to line up isn't clear (especially at the main central checkout). So you may get skipped or cut and the cashiers don't really handle this. Another issue for me recently was that I opted to get some Christmas gifts gift wrapped in store when the cashier let me know that was an option. Several things went wrong when I tried to pick them up though - First there was again no clear line and I accidentally skipped a lady that was waiting for a while. Then they could not find my items - a quick stop in to pick them up turned quite long because of this. Finally, they were wrapped (though quite well) in plain paper and Kuhl-Linscomb branding. While the branding was fine, the reason I opted for this option was for holiday paper (they were toys for a 2 year old for Christmas). This should have been made clear at the start, because I didn't have time to re-wrap them afterwards. Ultimately it wasn't a big deal, but frustrating to lose so much time to something that I won't be choosing to do again. Overall though I definitely recommend coming here and shopping around!

Well, where do I even begin? Today I stopped by Kuhl after leaving Target, and what should have…read morebeen a simple, pleasant visit turned into an egregiously disconcerting experience. Upon entering, I noticed a short Caucasian man near the Alabama Street entrance. At first, he looked like a regular shopper, but I quickly recognized him as the owner from previous store publications. What unsettled me immediately was seeing him peering into my Target bag, as if trying to assess what I had purchased. Perhaps he didn't realize I was watching him while he was watching me. As I walked through the store, the sense of being surveilled intensified. Every time I turned around, the owner was directly behind me. I also observed him on the phone, and shortly after, a man in a yellow shirt and khaki pants began following me as well. When I moved, he moved. When I paused, he pretended to rearrange items on the shelf. The behavior was blatantly obvious and deeply uncomfortable. To ensure I wasn't imagining things, I intentionally changed directions yet both men continued mirroring my movements. When I finally confronted one of them and asked, "Sir, are you following me?" he nervously replied, "No, no, no," even though the truth was painfully clear. This message is directed to the owner: Racial profiling your customers is unacceptable, demeaning, and profoundly unprofessional. I have patronized this store many times, and to be treated this way is not only insulting it is disappointing beyond words. PS: People of color spend money too.

There app is a little confusing but was able to get it done! Their design and art is unique and fun. Feels refreshing and welcoming. Some of the options I picked for my food made it take a bit longer than your usual fast food order yet it still came out pretty quick! The staff was nice and had smiles on their faces. Very Chick-Fil-A like. Not sure how they cool their meat and fries but it was damn tasty. Would highly recommend you give it a shot if you're near one. Guaranteed to be a more pleasant experience than a McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, etc.

There's something about the simplicity of the burger that reminds me of In-n-Out. I know some people are one sided towards one or the other, but P.Terry's never lets you down on their quality food. Any of their food is good, from the regular hamburger, to the cheeseburger, and double cheeseburger. Let's not forget the chicken sandwich either! Their fries are super great and you can ask them to cook them longer to make them extra crispy or ask for no salt on them. Don't skip out on breakfast either! The Sausage, Egg and Cheese Burger is a great pick me up food in the morning. The milkshakes are a must have as well. Any of their flavors are great, but you have to check our their flavor of the month whenever they come out... they rotate them and they are all delicious! Every P.Terry's that I've been to (except for drive thru only) has a sand pit and outdoor seating. Enjoy the views or the outdoor dining when you go (when permissible) This location is quite the drive from where I reside, but I hope that they build more locations here in Houston!

Thankfully, Mark was there and initially was told a 35 minute wait but seemed intent by quicker. Ambiance: 4/5 It was breakfast time so of course it was a busy time. For my visit, it was crowded but not to where you couldn't hear your table. Dress is casual, good for friends, solo, or pit stop. Service: 5/5 Our waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Since it was our first visit there, she gave us some background that it was a Pappa's owned restaurant and food is made from scratch. Food: 3/5 They offer mimosas and I was tempted to order, but was driving and it was 9AM so forewent that option. There are food options for every tastebud. Mark ordered the fried cheese sticks, they were one of the items that I found worthwhile to return for. I opted for the Waffle feast. It included a waffle, that I added pecans on top to, two strips of bacon, eggs your way and hash browns. To say that I needed to add salt and pepper to the eggs and hash browns because they tasted bland and flavorless was unfortunate. It also was served at room temperature, because it was made from scratch, would think it be warmer to hot. The waffle was savory and had good mix and topped with the pecans made it even better. If you're on this side of town and want a change up from the "other breakfast diners" DOT would be where I stop. Fast, friendly service. Depending the food you get, it gets the job done for some sustenance to hold you over when you're not sure when your next meal is because you'll be in Galveston for 7 hours riding a float in the Mardi Gras parade.
