I have to say, one the lawyers for this firm, Louis Michelsen, for a simple harassment charge, at literally the last second even though he had been my lawyer for 11 months, told me to plead "nolo contendere and I'd be FREE AND CLEAR" but which obviously does NOT make sense. Where I was accused of writing emails that were "too long" even though they were only a few sentences or paragraphs, and where they were sent at "random times of day." I get emails at random times of day but for others it's OK? I need 5 lawyers for this? He didn't even tell me that I had 10 days to withdraw the plea, which seems like legal malpractice. Anyway so now I can't get an apartment and face freezing to death on the street. That's the real penalty, which is a death sentence. Not quite the "no penalty" given by the judge so what does that tell you about how the Justice system really works? It's not about Fairness, rather, it's about CONVICT CONVICT CONVICT of sanctimonious DA's. Where the "collateral damage" is literally worse than the actual penalty. The long version of this story is being made into a major motion picture, where I am the Victim, and the jury will laugh hysterically at the ridiculous charges.
