That decision was made without proper due diligence or investigation. The sole reason for the decision was a visit to the site by the attorney, who did not bother to even try to talk to witnesses who were present at the time of the incident to ascertain what the conditions might have been. Seems like they are only interested in big bucks slam dunk cases. This all took place despite us having a written agreement with them that calls for them to serve as or attorney. That agreement is apparently not worth the paper is was printed on because they are not willing to honor it. I would not recommend SK to my enemies. Find competent, caring counsel willing to fully research the case before deciding to throw you under the bus.

Please I urge you to think twice about going with a law firm that is almost constantly advertising their business, and to be fair there are always an exception to my rules. I did that and after a 2 or 3 month waiting time because of my need to save up for their quoted price, the price went up $800.00. I did question her about price increase but got no where. I simply replied " OK let me see what I can do to scrape up more money." She replied "Ok we are here for when you need us". What kind of lawyers office would want to stick it to a potential new client? I thought their goal was to help? I then searched on line for another lawyer and came across the firm of Cunningham, Chernicoff & Warshawsky, P.C. who I have heard of only because they have been in this area for 38+ years. That amount of yrs in business speaks for itself. I called them and was greeted by a calming voice, Deloris. This firm gets a point for her because at this time I was wound up from the $800 hike-n-price lawyers office, which the differance "might" go toward paying for commercials. Deloris collected the information needed and transferred me to a paralegal, Jacob Laughman. He asked me for a bit more information and set up an appointment with Johanna H Rehkamp within one week! I felt a little more at ease. Fast forward to appointment and from the time I walked in to CC+W's door until the meeting with Johanna Rehkamp and Jacob was over I was very happy I did not go with first law firm. I actually felt more confident about my future. The people that I dealt with from CC+W were ALL very down to earth and did not make me feel on edge, whatsoever. I didn't second guess myself of going with their team once! Within roughly a month and a half time frame, everything I needed help with was taken care of and went as CC+W's team told me it would. Dr. Rob was highly efficient and kind and he listened to everything I had to say despite of his busy schedule. Other staff were always ready to help as well. I came to this practice feeling nervous after seeing multiple orthopedics who only offered a surgery for my my problem after misdiagnosing me, though after series of adjustments left with a smile and easy spirit, believing in myself again.
