The plant was delivered at the agreed upon time/date, but was not in good shape. UPDATE: KD Floral immediately responded to an email that I sent them relating my unhappy experience. They said their specialty is in floral arrangements, and they offered to send a replacement arrangement, which I agreed to. The arrangement was in beautiful fall colors, nicely done, and was promptly delivered. I am happy that this business wanted to correct their mistake and make amends.

My friend's mom was an avid card player - she loved cards! So, I contacted the florist and requested a beautiful, colorful standing (easel) spray with roses and other flowers - and I asked if they could customize the arrangement with some playing cards. They said they could! I ordered the spray and unfortunately, about a week later, the florist called to tell me that, for some reason, the memorial service was rescheduled for a number of weeks and asked if I wanted to keep the order on file or cancel at that time. I requested that they keep the order on file. On the day of the memorial service, my friend sent to me a photo of the spray and it was perfect! It was colorful - just as I requested - and the playing cards were carefully - and very tastefully - placed throughout the arrangement. I highly recommend Hall's Floral!
