But despite all the great products, there was nothing salesy about the trip. She was even kind enough to let me bring in one of my plants for her to look at, to see if it was going to survive being ravaged by my "darling" cat. But Certainly there is more than one person that works at the flower shop?? It would have been nice to be referred to another shop or a backup plan in place. She wound up giving away most of the flowers so that she could breathe. When I called about it the answer that I got was "florist's discretion". The year prior the arrangement was great, this year the arrangement and the attitude was terrible. Very disappointed.
