They helped us customize a casket spray and standing spray to our liking including changing colors, adding things to help with our request. The flowers when we walked into the funeral today were absolutely stunning, we had so many people ask who did the flowers and were shocked on how beautiful they were, not to mention the price. They were an amazing value. If you need any sort of flowers for an event, funeral, wedding etc. look no further this is the ONLY place I will be getting flowers from now on.

In the contract specific flowers were listed that were not used as well as specific colors that were NOT to be used that were used in almost every arrangement. I have reached out to her multiple times to discuss this matter in hopes that we could come to a mutual agreement. She refuses to meet with us and will no longer respond to any texts. The lady that left a message truly sounded sick. And I felt bad for her. We all get sick and need to take care of ourselves for sure. And i understood and was not upset. But Certainly there is more than one person that works at the flower shop?? It would have been nice to be referred to another shop or a backup plan in place. As stated on the message my cc would be refunded and true to her word it was refunded. It was not a bad experience just unfortunate and I had to scramble to find another shop to help. With that said there was nothing that could be done and that was ok and I'm not upset. When you get sick it's out of your control. She called to let me know and refunded my cc. She wound up giving away most of the flowers so that she could breathe. When I called about it the answer that I got was "florist's discretion". The year prior the arrangement was great, this year the arrangement and the attitude was terrible. Very disappointed.
