Been using IRIS DTF for my small business for a few months now and honestly couldn't be happier. I first found them when I was scrambling to get some custom shirts done last minute and they totally saved me. The quality is excellent; colors come out exactly like they look on screen, which isn't always the case with other shops I've tried. What I really appreciate is that they don't require minimum orders. I can just order exactly what I need without being forced to buy extras. The turnaround time is super-fast too, I've even had same-day pickup when I was in a pinch. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they even let you use their heat press if you want to press your transfers yourself, which is a nice option. Pricing is fair, and their Richardson location is convenient for me. I've already recommended them to other business owners I know, and they've had good experiences too. I just got my order yesterday and only used one uv sticker to place on a cup. Seems to be good quality, I just need to see how long it lasts on the cup. I had been buying other uv stickers from another company and these seem to be thinner and if not careful the image rips when trying to remove the white paper off of it. The price is great compared to other companies. Customer service is the best, they respond fast and make everything right. They sent me my order the next day, but UPS didn't deliver and up to today almost a week they didn't deliver my package. When I contacted Iris DTF about my order they reprinted and sent the very next day even though it was not their fault.
