Pablo came to speak with us about what we wanted. We sent him some pictures and he began working on the drawing. Once he was done we asked for adjustments and he happily sketched those out in front of us. He was kind and patient with us while we made sure it was exactly what we wanted. He worked with us on placement and even mirrored the tattoos because we got them on different arms. We watched him get his station set up with sterile products and the entire time he did our tattoos he was friendly and professional. We had a great experience. They came out amazing and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend this place if you're shopping around for a new tattoo spot. They're located by Ace and it's a hidden underground parking spot off of lomas. Go check them out. My older children had pain free experiences and today the healing looks great with no issues. Unfortunately I was told I had to use their standard piece of shit jewelry I order to get my tragus pierced. Two days later the "gem" fell out. No point going back as they do not stand by their jewelry. I had to wait til the swelling was down to get a better piece switched. The cherry on top is you cannot bring your own jewelry. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I threw an all-dude baby shower for one of my coworkers. As the only woman in the shop, I wanted…read moresome decorations that were not the typical baby shower decorations. I thought it would be funny to have tattooed baby dolls who looked like the dad-to-be, so I commissioned the apprentice to draw tattoos on two dolls to be the centerpiece for the table. He ended up actually tattooing the dolls rather than drawing on them because it looked more realistic and had more detail. The tattooed babies were so well-done that the dad-to-be loved them more than any of the other gifts he received that day! I would highly recommend this studio. They are truly talented.

Did it all in black shading though I wanted color even after being told that repeatedly and he agreed to do it that way. By the time I realized it was too late and now I'm going to need a full cover up on my chest. Overly expensive and my requests were totally ignored. I wouldn't recommend unless you want whatever they feel like sticking you with. The rest of the staff is friendly even if they don't listen to the customer.
