I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask.
