When I would call the office or Christian to find out what I owed on my accounts they had excuses that they couldn't find my accounts or said I didn't owe any money even though I knew that was not the case. Meanwhile, the state suspended my license due to no insurance on two vehicles and I had to pay $300.00 in reinstatement fees, because both my personal and business coverages were canceled. I finally received help from another agency in Tampa to help me get my policies in place. Apparently, I'm not the only customer this has happened to with Christian Pearson State Farm. I have filed complaints with appropriate agency against this agent.
