He came out again to our house after we determined that we wanted his company to perform the work. We fine-tuned exactly what we wanted and set up a tentative date to begin work. After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. He then added value by offering to paint my cellar door at no extra labor cost. Unfortunately the paint store I visited was busy and unhelpful, and I ended up with the wrong shade of paint. Here again, Leo was generous and understanding and offered to send someone out to repaint it. He did so in a timely manner. Both workers were hardworking and respectful and cleaned up after well. Instead of replacing the damaged plywood, they replaced all of the plywood for the front of the house. They finished the entire demo and rebuild of the entire facade and porch in less than 2 weeks. After the facade was completed, the work on the roof was started. The teardown of the roof and reshingling with GAF shingles was completed in a timely manner. If there were any issues during the project, Buildsmore was always available to resolve the issue in a cost effective and timely manner.
