Well there's always something broken or not working, they are not really open 24/7 like they say, and for some reason every time I go in there ,someone is spraying cleaner within a foot of me or vacuuming around me-like literally around me. I understand having to clean, but do you literally have to go up around me so close that your bumping my foot?Lol... Also They threw my iPod shuffle away because it was " taking up too much space" in their office area and I had left it there by accident when I went out of town. This is an amazing gym! It is always clean with items cared for and in working order, often with new equipment to try as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer a myriad of classes, and all that I have tried have been very well done with very helpful instructors. Being not as fit as I would like to be, sometimes makes me more uncomfortable entering a gym, but that is never the case here. Bad customer service, not open on Sunday due to religious restrictions, and you must sign a contract. If you decide to quite and not use the membership longer they contact a collection agency instead of calling you about the payment issue. read more

I love this gym. I joined when it first opened and was wanting to get in shape for my wedding. Nine years later I still go there to work out when I'm visiting family in the area. Everything is very well kept and looks and runs like it was brand new. If you don't want a full membership you can purchase a punchcard which is what I do because I do not live in the area. They have a few classes but really this is a weightlifter's gym. They also have some boxes and kettlebells if your into metabolic training or Crossfit style training. read more

This place is my family's second home. They always have top-of-the-line machines and, when a few of the treadmills all broke at once, the owner was fantastic and rushed to get new equipment asap. The employees are wonderful and always willing to answer a question or demonstrate a safer way to do something. I love that they help me figure out new ways to challenge different muscles! The classes really present an option for everyone, at every skill level. The teachers are very welcoming and happy to slow down and teach newcomers. I was really intimidated at first to be working out with a whole bunch of guys who had been doing this for years, but the atmosphere is never negative and everyone is almost always kind. read more
