In the end she asked if I had any questions and I told her she did this thing on my back where it felt like she was popping little jelly balls. Alex was my massage therapist and he was very professional and courteous. This wasn't the regular run-of-the-mill massage (they get boring and monotonous!). Alex takes the time before the massage to go over any ailments you may have and goes over possible massage approaches that may help. For example, I experience frequent headaches/migraines, so he did some facial massage work. We also did some breathing techniques during the course of the 90 minutes. The heat of the hot rocks was a nice addition and really soothed my muscles. I walked out of there feeling better than I have in weeks.
