I'm afraid that given the quality of materials I got versus the quality I paid for and was promised, matched with the level of unprofessionalism by the management, I will be calling another company to fix once it ultimately fails. Stay away from this place. Over-promising and under-delivering is their specialty.

I notified Jason at Elite fence about the broken pipe, and he said it's not their problem because it's unmarked. I had to fix it myself. I couldn't believe that they: A) Didn't tell me they'd make no attempt to locate drain pipes. B) Try to hide the damage after it it happened. C) Not be willing to fix it at all.

They stayed with me from start to finish. My city was slow on the permit, but this company stayed on it!! Once the permit was done, my fence and a few other odd jobs were done in less than two days. They redid our entire kitchen along with other projects throughout the home such as new bathroom tile (and previous to the current project, did an amazing job on installing new LVP flooring). Phil is incredibly knowledgeable, always does things the proper way, and takes pride in his team's and his own work. They showed great compassion for personal issues that required rapid changes in scheduling, and also were open to cost-saving measures even if it meant less money for them. I know Phil had our best interests at heart, which is incredibly rare across contractors I have had. He's not only an expert in his craft, he's also a true and good person. I have asked questions/requested projects on many things like engineering openings in walls, rerouting washer/dryer hookups, installing new doors, refinishing stairs, all things related to a brand new kitchen, trim work, flooring, to name a few. I have verified and backed up his advice with other experts, as well. They do amazing work, have great 'new' ideas for work beyond the scope, and do it in a timely manner.
