I have been working with Melissa for several months and I can not say enough kind words about her. I am a single mom that has never purchased a house on my own and am ignorant to many of the "ins and out" of the process. Melissa was kind, explained everything in a way I understood, patient, and offered her real life expertise and opinions. She didn't always just suggest with a higher price to make more money, she kept me where I felt comfortable. When my first house fell through and I was devastated, she called to check on me and didn't make a big deal about it. She "talked me off the ledge" if you will. I used a horrible "lender" and was taken advantage of. Melissa called her own people and tried to help me out. After I switched to the Prime Lending person in her office I was good to go! (More on that in another review) Melissa is always available by text or phone and she uses technology to your advantage. I really feel like I've made a friend through this process. Tom showed me over 20 homes before I settled down on one. I must have called him every single day during the inspection period and he answered my calls every single time. I was completely new to this process and he walked me through it step by step. He was knowledgable and kind and I just don't see those traits anymore. I submitted a post inspection offer. He relisted the house as active without presenting the offer to the seller and days before having any signed documentation that I was no longer pursuing the house. He refused to present the post inspection offer to his client and did not allow his client to decide what they wanted to do. Next, he thought it was okay to give the inspection report I had paid for to the next potential buyer without removing my personal information. I would not recommend this agency to my enemies.

On a couple occasions, we had overlooked these things and thankful for her input and guidance on each aspect. It was excellent receiving the pros and cons but Linda never pressured us on anything. When it came to negotiating issues with the house we chose, she provided excellent guidance and communicated expertly with the sellers Realtor and achieved our desired outcome! We can't recall having a more positive experience and recommend her without reservation to anyone looking to buy a home. If you have the opportunity to have her as your real estate agent, you cannot get anyone better to guide and represent you in Ohio. We worked with Marcia directly and not some big sales (i.e. marketing) team. She explained that for our particular house we would not need to stage it in the beginning. We also didn't have to sign a 6 month listing agreement. I think it was for 90 days. She understood interest rates and knew the 45 year old house was in good condition and would sell to the right buyer. The house was also in a not so desirable school district but in a very nice neighborhood and had a good commute to most places in the area. We would highly recommend her!
