After 4 months and many excuses, one being trouble getting parts, I asked to cancel and refund my money. I paid 900$ up front for parts and was told 400 to 500 for labor when done, which I wrote all down. They refused to credit my debit card that I paid with and gave me an envelope with cash in it. I said I would count it, which didn't go over very well. There was 750$ in it which was 150$ short. I was then told 150$ was for a diagnosis and that I must not have heard that. Not sure what they diagnosed! Then I asked them to sign a receipt that I got 750$ back and was told my handshake was good. REALLY!? I have ordered a windshield on my own, and it arrived within 2 days time. Something not right with my whole transaction, sorry to say.

She had never been written up once in three decades. That changed under new management. ​Instead of honoring her 30-year commitment, the new General Manager strategically targeted her--a female employee and cancer survivor. He stripped her of all the employees in her department, violated basic FMLA protections, and fostered an environment so hostile and threatening that other employees outright quit because of him. ​To top it off, the GM fabricated performance issues out of thin air, moved himself directly into her position, restarted the department, and pushed her out on July 3rd. ​It is disgraceful that part-owner Tony Campbell and owner John Morotti allowed this to happen to a 30-year veteran who helped build their store. To do this to a woman and cancer survivor who stood by that dealership for three decades is as foul as it gets. ​If a company is willing to treat a 30-year employee as disposable the moment medical rights come up, future applicants deserve to know what kind of "opportunity" they are actually walking into.
