It was documented on the calendar and in phone. The day of the appointment it rained and their tech was a NO SHOW. There was no text, call or email from them to notify of any changes. When Lily was called about their no-show she repeatedly DENIED ever SCHEDULING this appointment and refused to apologize besides. This is a HORRIBLY RUDE AND INSULTNG COMPANY. Apparently they think their customers are stupid? Will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend.
