We set a date and time. 38 minutes after the arrival time no one had yet arrived. I called and was told that it was too far for a free estimate and they would need to charge $100 to come out. That wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me that at the time of scheduling, but it was not. The problem, for me, was the no-show. I like to support small business and family-owned\operated business, but now showing up is not acceptable. For obvious reasons, I did not reschedule.
