This was a pre-move in cleaning. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, the baseboards are still dirty, the upstairs ceiling fan wasn't cleaned and the kitchen counter and backslash are coming up black with the dirt I wiped off. She tried to make it look like the washer and dryer were cleaned but I did those myself prior to their arrival. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them. After paying for this service I am now cleaning what was requested of them and it's delaying my getting organized since I've moved in. I took pictures but this site isn't set up to upload them.

After the initial visit I spoke with Allison who wanted to personally come out and clean my condo personally, which I agreed to. I expected great things, but was disappointed when I went to inspect the work the next morning. Upon inspection found the window frames containing dirt and grime, sides of the counter were unclean, drawer under the sink had lots of dirt and stains, which I removed with light elbow grease, and the trim and lights in the bathroom were untouched. Unfortunately I'm going to have to hire another cleaning service pushing back my move in date. I requested a deep cleaning and what I got was a basic upkeep cleaning. If you need a deep cleaning seek services of another, sadly this service lacks the ability or tools to provide an actual deep cleaning.

I stood at the door for about 10 minutes. I contacted the operating phone services, advised no one was outside. She stated she would contact the cleaning service and give me a call back. 20 minutes went by and no one never reached back out. I called back to see what was going on, I was told oh they are almost there at 10:50am. No one never showed up. When I contacted them again to ask if this was a legit company, I was told yes the cleaners are outside and you have a brown door. MY DOOR IS NOT BROWN. Now I have to change my card numbers because this is a bogus company. Do not book with this company!!!!
