I booked a deep cleaning service with this company for 5/23. They were supposed to arrive between 9am-10am. At 9:58am I received a call stating the cleaners were outside. I stood at the door for about 10 minutes. I contacted the operating phone services, advised no one was outside. She stated she would contact the cleaning service and give me a call back. 20 minutes went by and no one never reached back out. I called back to see what was going on, I was told oh they are almost there at 10:50am. No one never showed up. When I contacted them again to ask if this was a legit company, I was told yes the cleaners are outside and you have a brown door. MY DOOR IS NOT BROWN. Now I have to change my card numbers because this is a bogus company. Do not book with this company!!!! read more

I'm reviewing after my third cleaning with Perfect Choice. They have done it again! Incredible service and fast response. For a long time I had been debating getting help cleaning. I'm a single working mom and cleaning is just one of those things that fell to the wayside. If you are even debating on going with them I implore you to make an appointment with April. The deep clean gets every nook and cranny, while the regular clean is actually just as valuable. I just want to say thank you to them for helping this mom out more than you can possibly know. We are in a studio apartment and it was very reasonably priced. Cleaning can help your mental health so immensely even more so than I had anticipated and it's worth every penny. read more

I need to update the review. Although they do an OK job but no respect for your time. The crew usually show up one hour ( or more) late. I have to call the owner and ask them if anyone is coming to clean? If you change the schedule and confirm it with them, they would not show up at all despite the confirmation. Lack of promptness is a huge issue. If you are scheduled to get a cleaning service at 2:00 pm, it means 2:00 pm NOT 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm. read more

When I first spoke with Amber with perfect choice cleaning services, I was more than impressed. She sounded very businesslike, professional and courteous. So I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her and her cleaning team. She was due out today, Friday, December 3 at noon and one 1230 rolled around and still no sign of her or her team, I reached out via email. At 1 o'clock she decided to call back and tell me that she was on the turnpike heading my way and the cleaning team was having a problem finding the address. Pretty hard to believe as we live right in the middle of several landmarks which I gave to her originally. So if you're looking for a perfect cleaning service, this certainly isn't the service you want. Unbelievably disappointing and I am very annoyed that I cleared my entire schedule to accommodate them and they didn't even have the courtesy to call in a timely manner. read more

We knewthe job was huge and frankly, were fearful they would take one look and run. But instead of running, they jumped in and tackled the job. There was a spill from a plant that fell onto the edge of the bookcase it sat on and was very noticeable on the floor. I cleaned it up with some effort when I got home. They may not have seen it lift up again once the floor dried. And some of it is still noticeable after I cleaned it. Some items (huge plant, golf club, shopping buggy) and some furniture were not returned to their original location although I am sure they only moved it to clean under or around them. they did clean the inside of the cabinet where I keep my trash bin in the kitchen which was a great surprise since I didn't think that was included and those inside doors were very dirty. . The inside of the microwave also looks great. They did a good job of tidying up where they could since the living room was a wreck. My one main concern was locking the door but luckily the door staff had a copy of the key from the previous owner. It also looks like they cleaned the windows? I didn't think that was included but it looks brighter! Let me know if they did this. The ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom were untouched and are left very very dirty. And I thought they used my cleaning fan swifter so maybe they only cleaned the ceiling fan in the den? My white makeup vanity that was covered in makeup and was well cleaned. Communication with you was very good and actually I could have had you call me when you couldn't reach my dad so that was my fault. But communication was very good. And everything looked nice and smelled fresh. EDIT - I later realized that my new razor and bar of soap and shower scrub were missing from my shower. Would highly recommend this service to others! I was able to request a quote and book via the app, 2 women came to complete the deep cleaning on the day I requested. While the job took longer/ more effort than expected - the owner honored the original quote. The job the two women did was thorough and my house looks great. We recently had a bathroom remodel leaving dust everywhere, including the basement. Everything is spotless! Only negative was that the team ran late on their earlier appointment, pushing my appointment cleaning into another meeting I had at my house. Although this was a minor inconvenience, I did receive notification about the delay and my own deep cleaning needs (as mentioned above) impacted the overlap so I wasn't really bothered. Very unhappy with their service. 1. They stole my lamp. I left a lamp in my room cuz I did not want the work in the dark. But finally they took my lamp away without my permission. 2. They left all the trash in my room I asked them why they left trash in my room, they told me they did not even know where to remove those trash. I told them to ask any staff in my apartment. They did not. They knew how to get access to my apartment when I was not there, but they did not know, where to remove the trash. That's ridiculous. 3. Expensive and still dirty when they get done their job My apartment is just a small studio. They asked my for $270 including the wall cleaning service. I am very unhappy with the services received. We paid for a deep clean before moving into our new home and the house is still a mess. I added a star because Amber did send a cleaning crew a second time to try to correct the oversights made the first time around, but the job was still left unfinished. None of the windows were washed, there are spiders and cobwebs on various shelves, windows, and other nooks and crannies. The finished basement was not swept, there were still paper decorations stuck to the fireplace screen. The floors were clearly not mopped; my toddler was crawling around on the floor in the main living area and she was filthy within minutes. They missed an entire bathroom. The list goes on and on. After hiring cleaners to come in not once but twice and still not having cleaned everything, we decided it would be better to cut our losses and go with another company. read more

Super super job. They contacted me right away as soon as I sent out an inquiry, over the phone. I needed to get the bathroom and kitchen of the apartment I was moving out of, cleaned right away. They had no problem accomodating me, set up an appointment for today, and came right in and worked really fast. I had stupidly neglected to clean out my refrigerator before I had the power turned off in the apt, so there was disgusting, smelly mold in there. It was really gross. I felt like I had to apologize to these nice ladies who were cleaning the place. They never once complained..just got in there and got to work, and barely 2 hours later, the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. I cannot recommend them more highly! The only thing going for this service is that I was able to book them relatively quickly. That said, you're quickly booking a service that does a very mediocre job cleaning, so... not really worth it. Two cleaners came to my home and barely stopped to listen to what I wanted done. They used cleaning products in old containers that all looked like glass cleaner, didn't use any abrasives on the tub or areas that needed scrubbing, and mopped my kitchen floor for all of 5 minutes. I'd also asked for a deep clean of the cabinets, ended up having to do it all myself after they left, there was still grime and dirt and build-up in the cabinet shelves. For a very surface-level "clean" (more like a wipe-down) of a small kitchen and 1.5 bedrooms, I paid $130. Avoid making the mistake I did, take your time finding a good cleaning service or cleaning lady. read more

Wow!! What an amazing experience! Truly excellent in all respects. I was all packed and ready to move out when some unforeseen circumstances came up, leaving with me little to no time to deep clean the apartment before I left. I sent requests to at least 6 different companies, and only Amber was able to fit me in before my move out date. Her team arrived the next day, and was incredibly fast and thorough. They cleaned my bathroom and kitchen, which were both in need of some serious TLC. I'm now afraid to walk in these rooms because I don't want to mess up the perfectly clean surfaces! After some phone tag with their offices, during a portion of which no one answered their line, I made a reservation for them to do a move-out clean last month. They called a couple of days beforehand to ask if they could come in the late afternoon and I accepted. Only book if you are going to give them keys. They do a great job for great price, but team is undependable and often late to appointments, even those scheduled first thing. This week they were supposed to come at 830am and were late and after 20 minutes of waiting, had to reschedule so I could get to work. Amber said they could come next day and promised they would be on time. The next day, no one showed up, even after waiting 30 minutes. I texted Amber multiple times and never heard back (still haven't heard back days later). Extremely disappointed because would've like to continue using their services, but they obviously don't appreciate my time or care about my business. read more

They missed a lot of little things-- windowsills, baseboards, and most importantly, the bathroom job was only mediocre (didn't clean the floor, window, or walls, and only did a half way job on the toilet). If they had been less expensive, I probably would have been fine with the job. But if I'm going to pay $210 for a cleaning in the future, I'll want a company that is going to do a more thorough, deeper clean. read more

It was an O.K. experience. I requested a small bathroom and kitchen only because I moved in the day before and the previous tenants did not clean anything; I was planning to clean everything else on my own. Pros - -Punctual -Amber was responsive and accommodating -There were four crew members (probably too many for my small apt) -Crew was professional and polite (but I'm glad I had my all-purpose cleaner and bleach handy since they used it) -The one person that did the bathroom did a good job (although, I did clean the toilet and window the night before..) -Fast Cons - -The kitchen floor or window was not cleaned at all -The inside of the cabinets/drawers were not cleaned/touched at all (there were crumbs, papers, stains, etc.) -The inside of the microwave was missed (food stains) In agreement with a previous reviewer, it was mediocre. Overall, it was fine but they said they were done and just left right away (my husband and I were cleaning the bedroom) so I had to run out and give them a check. I didn't have a chance to look at everything before I gave all four of them tip. Maybe it would work for someone who is requesting cleaning after a party but I would not recommend it to a friend who needed any other service. read more
