The staff along with medical accredited board-certified doctors have to Google your symptoms while we are sitting in the exam room. They also do nothing but refer patients out to other doctors prolonging treatment causing patients to her sicker while waiting for a referral that the original doctor couldn't handle at a pcp level. The Doctors and medical staff at this location hide behind a computer screens than treat the public. The computer internally security tracking system kept track of it. Shows your doctors are googling there patients symptoms and treating them by the knowledge of google. not an accredited medical school. The staff rather sit in-front and hide behind a computer screen and panel window. My first visit was long and that made me feel so much more confident in being a new patient. He went over every detail I listed on the intake form, and asked tons of questions. I wish all Doctors were that thorough! I live in North Hills, but have no problem driving to Tarentum because of the excellent care I receive. Every single staff member has been friendly and empathetic and it's a very pleasant environment. Anytime I have questions or concerns, I can call and they are happy to help. They also have the most recent up to date treatments, which has helped me since I am very sensitive to medications. I just completed my first year of Botox, and also started Emgality today. Unlike other Specialists I've been to, Dr. Michel doesn't force medication, but gives you options, and is very open minded. I feel very respected as a patient because we actually talk about various treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Michel to anyone looking for an amazing Neurologist who truly cares. Waited an hour and a half. Had to leave and they said they would call when they have it figured out. They called only 2 days later. I set an appointment. They then called the next day 'to reschedule". They left a voicemail. When I called back I was repeatedly put on hold. They couldn't figure out who called me and then denied calling. After I played the voicemail for them they said they were unaware I already rescheduled. After I established I already rescheduled they said "its all on paper". The location is off several bus lines and they have parking available, they will validate your parking if you go to an office. The care I received was excellent and I can appreciate that the Endocrinologist wants me to see a PCP vs him as I am not in need of the specialized care. The analysis done and the changes made since coming here are appreciated and I will go on with a less specialized doctor.

Once he was triage and they realize that he did not need serious care, they put us on the fast track and the burn team came down to evaluate. Once he was cleared by the burn team, they wanted ophthalmology to check him out, and they were able to give us an appointment same day.
