That's how we ended up at USF Marshall Center which wasn't on my radar at all for pictures. She sends information about parking, etc. ahead of time so I felt very prepared for the day. Her pricing is extremely reasonable. Photos can be expensive, we've done photos for every major milestone so I've seen prices that are all over the place. Kimberly has an array of pricing options that fit many different price points. Our session was 20 minutes, which is perfect for young children. I really appreciate that she has the couple take photos alone as well. When you have children, it's easy to lose yourself as part of a family. I really treasure the photos of just myself and my husband. The gallery was ready for view within a couple days and after we picked our favorites her turnaround time was extremely speedy as well. We booked with Jon back in September of 2023 for our October 2024 wedding. Unfortunately, three weeks to the date, Hurricane Helene destroyed our wedding venue. This resulted in the VENUE canceling our wedding. Jon has been nothing but difficult to work with regarding this situation & the contract we have with him. His contract CLEARLY states in Section 3: "All other payments made are refundable upon client providing proof of the wedding cancellation from wedding venue or contracted event planner." We sent Jon a screenshot from our wedding venue refunding us our money due to the hurricane to showcase that the VENUE was the reason for our cancellation, as this clearly was not our (the client's) choice. Jon telling his clients the reason for no refunds is due to the cancellation being within 30 days of the event is invalid as his contract states point blank that payments are nonrefundable only if the CLIENT is to cancel the event. We have tried to call & email Jon numerous times with no luck with him answering. My fiancé & I are extremely understanding & understand that Hurricane Helene impacted not only us but our wedding vendors as well. With that being said, we expect a certain level of professionalism and consideration from the vendors we are giving our money to & Jon has not showcased that or honored the terms of his contract.

I've worked with Travis for pregnancy, newborn, and wedding photos: Pregnancy Photos - I was super nervous about this one. Big bare bump photos just aren't my style but I did really want to capture my pregnancy. Travis knew just what to do! He suggested we meet up downtown and took some great photos of my husband and I as we wandered from Tampa Theater past Sacred Heart and around to Curtis Hixon Park. We ended the shoot with sunset over University of Tampa which Travis timed perfectly. He was professional and fun to work with. He knew his stuff and arrived downtown before us to scout out the path. Our photos turned out great! So of course, we called him again when my son was born! Newborn Photos - Travis came to our house a few days after my son was born.
