However, the service we received on numerous occasions was less than average. We were recently rear ended and had a small claim. It was difficult to get in contact with the actual insurance agent. We left several messages and when we finally we able to talk with him, we asked a question regarding our claim. When he thought he had us on hold, we heard in the background, "can someone else take care of this guy, I don't have time for his question right now." We have had zero accidents in 15 years except for the recent accident that was not our fault. We received a letter from our insurance company stating we had been dropped from the company. No explanation, except to contact our agent. We contacted Phil Tucker four days ago and still have not received a call back. We will be taking our home, auto, boat and motorcycle insuance elsewhere.

state farm is the worst insurance for both for car and home. my home claim is still not settle and…read moreits been two years. first claim I have filed. they sent out 6 claims adjuster and could not decide. corporate office refused to help. they were not out here when they sent out serprio water restorations. they caused over 6,000 in dollars. that was not from the flood that was caused in my bathroom the water was ankle high. the agent nor the adjuster came out until two weeks after serpro was done. state farm never replace the washer dryer or flooring I had to pay for that. my mother paid for the flooring in the kitchen and to get the ref fixed state farm never paid. then they hired more restoration which did a horrible job, state farm did not come and check on them . we have paint still on the celling doors from sloppy paint work. paint on tile. more put the wrong floor. state farm had us go to three different stores to see how much it would cost to replace furniture. my mom a senior citizen and I'm disabled. we did that. it came over to six thousand. state farm never did that. we still re using damaged furniture and tv that was damaged because we can not afford to replace, a broke , two damaged beds. dresser using patio future for kitchen. damage tv from cords being wet and dropped . end tables damaged and . a buffet that was my grandma water damage. entertiament center that fell apart, this is how state farm handle people. then they say the claim was to high so they canceled. we can not afford to replace anything. living on a fixed income we just must leave it. the doctor say its unhealthy to use it. but we would have nothing.
