I had the absolute best experience working with Maria at Pantiles Bride. Even though I'm based in…read morethe U.S., she went above and beyond to make the process of exploring a Suzanne Neville gown easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Maria took the time to answer every one of my questions with such kindness and detail, sending photos, videos, measurements, and honest feedback about the gown's condition. She was incredibly patient, never made me feel rushed, and truly cared about helping me find something that felt right. You can tell how much she loves what she does and how much pride she takes in making every bride feel taken care of. Even though I ultimately chose a different style, I can't say enough wonderful things about Maria and how thoughtful, professional, and genuine she is. If you're a bride considering Pantiles Bride, you're in the best possible hands with Maria, she's an absolute gem!

Maria was generous enough to FaceTime with me so I could see the dress. She explained all of the features and was SO incredibly knowledgeable about fabrics, sizing, tailoring options, etc. She was so friendly and an absolute delight. I wish I could have come to the store in person, it's a testament that even thousands of miles away they went above and beyond for a customer. Fellow brides, it's places like this that truly deserve our business!

Andrea (my consultant) took all my stress away from the moment I came in. We browsed the rails together and found several options - before I slipped on "the one." I have big boobs and had struggled to feel good when trying on dresses at other boutiques but Andrea helped me pick out dresses that worked for my figure and made me feel amazing. Not only did Andrea help style, she also personally altered the sample dress I tried on and it fitted like a glove in time for my August wedding! Throughout our fittings, Andrea also offered me expert advice and tips to do "on the day" to ensure I looked and felt my best coming down the aisle - such as the best way to hold my boutique, look after the dress (which I had to bring over to France) and ways to accessorise to enhance the overall look. I am so grateful she came to my rescue... thank you so much to Andrea and Mirror Mirror for such an amazing 5* experience.

They just make women look like giant cupcakes, covered in lace. However these dresses are rather elegant, I would never wear one but they are nice to look at if you are one of "those" brides. This shop is by appointment only and is not child friendly, they discourage it as politely as they can. They have dresses for skinny and curvy women as well as all the accessories.

I often pass nearby, and I've often seen the lights on at very odd times of day, with a young woman and her mother sitting there talking to the staff. Consultations are unhurried and detailed. They need about four months to put a dress and a look together, and they really do do everything. When I was last in there, one of the members of staff was sitting quietly sewing a fascinator - those things that are a cross between a hat and a complicated hair ornament. They have a beautifully produced A4 booklet that enables you to take home the look, which also has quite a bit of help with wedding etiquette and so on. Beautiful, flexible, comfortable designs, with a huge amount of attention paid to detail.

The shop assistant I dealt with was my favourite so far, so friendly and chilled out. I went on my own but felt that she was as good as having a bridesmaid there. This was the last shop I went to after choosing my dream dress (thought I would honour the appointment anyway just in case) and whilst I didn't find a rival to that I looked at many very stunning dresses that may well have been "the one" if I had seen them earlier in my search. There were some amazing vintage styles including a tiered dress and some lovely art deco style. I don't know why this has 4 £ by it as I would say the prices are moderate for wedding dresses: price range was from £900-1800 with the majority being £900-1300. I would recommend Maggie Sottero as a designer that does stunning lace dresses that are far cheaper than they look, a lot of these are stocked here. It was a bit of a trip for me to get there but I would recommend it, I am very glad I visited this shop in my search.
