If I could give Isabella Grace Bridal more than 5 stars I would. The experience from the moment I stepped into the store was second to none. I had spent a lot of time researching the websites of different bridal shops and was taken in by the sincerity and homeliness of the Isabella Grace website. Rebecca speaks about her own disappointment when she was looking for her dress and how she wanted to improve the experience for other brides to be. This really struck a chord with me, as I was terrified that bridal shops would be stuffy and formal. The reality could not have been more different. I was looked after by Nicki who was enthusiastic, friendly, genuine and offered some great ideas and suggestions without being intrusive. She listened to my likes and dislikes very closely and was able to direct me to dresses that really suited me. I also noticed how Nicki would discreetly and very professionally pop outside for a moment giving my mother and I a chance to talk about the dress. The selection of gowns in Isabella Grace is excellent. The decor and layout of the boutique is exquisite. I absolutely loved the experience so much that I travelled twice from Ireland and bought my dress there. If you are looking for a unique, special and memorable experience I strongly suggest you visit this boutique- you will not want to go anywhere else. read more

What a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Isabella Grace to any bride to be! My Mum and I had been to two other shops in Tunbridge Wells and didn't have the best of experiences. Our third appointment was with Isabella Grace and we were so impressed. You get the shop, dresses and the team's experience all to yourself (no sharing with any other brides) and we were made to feel very special indeed. They took time to find out about my wedding plans, the look I was after and at no time did I feel they were being pushy or just going through the motions (like in the other two shops!!). They were honest and had great ideas!! Not only do they have a great selection of dresses but they also have a great selection of accessories (Chez Bec) and shoes (Filippa Scott). They also pointed me in the right direction for hair and make-up (Lara Crudington and Jo from Love Hair) again, who were both fantastic. I kind of don't want to tell anyone about this as I feel like I was so lucky to stumble upon this gem of a shop in Tunbridge Wells, but they fully deserve some good reviews, so here we are. I was in a total rush, with days to go until I left for Australia, for a year, leaving hardly any time the other side before the wedding. From the moment we stepped in, Rebecca was so warm and friendly, (not snooty at all, as some wedding dress shop people can be), and you could tell she loves her job and LOVES the dresses. You get the feeling that she knows exactly what she is doing right from the get-go. There's no rush and she makes your very special moment even more special. Suffice it to say, I found my dress, and cannot wait to go back there for fittings and to wear it on the big day. BUT even if I hadn't found my dress, I would say exactly the same thing. If you are looking for your dress and have no idea what you want or where to start, please give them a call all the staff I have dealt with there are so lovely and welcoming and GENUINE. I live abroad and after many weeks of trying to find a dress I decided to book a week off and made about 10 appointments in Kent and London. After the first 4 which were in the area I was actually starting to panic as I hadnt found anything that i really loved, then my mum mentioned she had driven past the shop and on a whim booked an appointment. How thankful I am she did! as soon as we walked in both me and my mum thought all the dresses were so beautiful and so different. Sally was fantastic and as soon as i told her the details of the wedding she said I have this one dress I have in mind for you that I really want you to try. I picked out about 5 that I liked and really loved the first 2 but ended up buying there and then the third option which was the one that Sally recommended. So different to what I thought I would go for and I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend Isabella Grace and those that work there (I met Sally and Rebecca) enough for everything they did, the whole experience was perfect (including the champagne at the end!) read more

So there are diamondsand lovely bridesmaidsproud parentsand of course the man of your dreams but then there is THE dress! i cannot explain how beautiful my experience was at Isabella Grace, from the moment I met Sally and she walked me through this beautiful white heavenly boutique I knew I wanted to buy THE dress there! Isabelle Grace is a personal and intimate place and it makes you feel like a little princess! I was in love with the whole experience. After I told Sally what type of dress she helped me pick out a few for me to try on. She guided me to a very spacious and intimate fitting room while my lovely bridesmaid was sitting down with tea and shortbread waiting in anticipation. The gown was gorgeous and everything I wanted! My mum dropped into Isabella Grace on the off chance to get an appointment and much to our surprise they could fit us in later that day. Prior to this I hadn't tried many dresses on so imagined I'd go in a try a few to get a feeling of what I wantednot the case! From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Sally assisted me in finding my dress and she was absolutely wonderful, understanding what I wanted, what would work and allowing me to try on something that didn't work just to cement my decision. The hours flew by and I came out with the most gorgeous dress. I have since been back for a fitting as I left it all very last minute and Martine is absolutely fantastic! Isabella Grace gives you exactly the experience that you would hope for and often don't find when hunting for the perfect wedding dress. Not only do they have a stunning selection of dresses at prices that seem surprisingly reasonable given the style and quality of what is on offer but the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming not only to me but also to my mother & sister who came along with me. The boutique is beautiful and elegant, there is plenty of space so you are not tripping over other brides to be nor are you put under pressure to get your credit card out until you are certain you've found the right the dress. Well 'amazing' is the first word that springs to mind! I had visited one other shop before Isabella Grace so I had a rough idea for what i was looking for but I never expected to find THE dress so quickly! We were welcomed instantly as we walked through the door and Sally and Phoebe were brilliant throughout. Sally even started by saying that she knew which dress she wanted to see me in which was nice to hear. This recommendation turned out to be THE dress so you will definitley be in good hands when visiting Isabella Grace! I was not surprised to hear that Isabella Grace has been nominated for more prestigious awards. This was the first bridal shop that I visited and the whole experience was wonderful. Sally took the time to discuss my dress likes and dislikes and then with this knowledge and my budget in mind, she carefully went through their beautiful collection to select dresses for me to try on. Sally made the experience very personal and was welcoming, polite, professional, and honest. What a treat shopping here is! The service was impeccable, warm and friendly. The atmosphere was great and I was made to feel really special. Rebecca and her team really listened to what I wanted but were really patient with me too as I wasn't completely sure and was looking for guidance. Beautiful store with lovely quality furnishings and a great range of dresses displaying varying styles. I was served by Nikki and she was very warm, friendly and personable.
