About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. This is a photo of yesterday 6/18/26 in Monticello, a historical district in San Antonio. This is the current condition of how he has just walked away with no communication and the condition he has left my property in. The backyard looks the same. Someone answered the phone and took down my name and address. Then they immediately transferred me to Angi's list. I was confused why they would transfer me to Angi's list if they wanted me to book their business. Angi rep had no info on my project request and I had to share my info again. Now I realized that the first person was a scammer that was data-mining. A few weeks later, and I'm filing for identity theft. I received a credit ding because someone else is applying for new cards under my name. I should've verified the company more before contacting them, but that's the danger of the internet I suppose! There were rocks, concrete, tree roots and weeds -- everything was cleaned up, disposed of, and prepped perfectly before planting. Angel is SO nice, respectful, and just a joy to be around. There is a trend in San Antonio to price by zip code or leave work unfinished - God's Plan is the exact opposite. Angel is fair, honest, and worked with our design plan, offered value added solutions, and the flag stone path he suggested is a real Showstopper! Definitely not something worthy of being in the front of your home. Hired another concrete contractor to repair the voids and provide a surface finish which is presentable in the front of my home.
