I liked the pictures of their work. They made our trees look like living sculptures. The wind blews through the trees for the 1st time. Beautiful. We did not have to wait. Arborist Priscilla came out assessed, sent us a invoice and the workers were out next day. They worked fast and somehow cleaned up all those tiny branches. For all the work, the bill was very reasonable. Will use them again. I liked that the arborist answered questions. Office staff will send msg every step and promptly answer you back. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices. I'm so happy he corrected my understanding. Of the many times I've had my oak tree trimmed, this is by far the best it's ever looked. He went up higher into the tree to clean it up than any other service I've hired in the past. There were different issues with my crêpe myrtle and Mesquite trees and as with the Oak tree, he educated me and gave each tree what it particularly required. I thought the price was reasonable, he cleaned up after he was finished, and in my case, brush pick up day is several days away, and he stacked all of the brush exactly as I asked him to in such a way to minimize how much of it was on the edge of my lawn and how much of it was sticking beyond the curb. I had scheduled three services to come out and give me estimates. Faustino was the first business to contact me after I made my inquiry on Yelp and as a result the first business to come out and provide me an estimate. After he gave me the estimate, I told him I had some other businesses that were scheduled to come out and I would let him know after I've spoken to everyone.
