My absolute favorite was the Carupanera with sausage, plantain, red pickled onion and avocado. Each ingredient complemented the others so well and it was all fresh and filling. The Reina Pepiada's avocado cream and chicken was delicious too but a little too gooey for my taste. And to be honest you'd really have to be starving to devour two of their arepas. The 9 euro lunch menu with one arepa, one soup and a drink is a great deal. Speaking of drinks the Papelón con limón (raw hardened sugar cane juice, water, and lime served on ice) is so good I might just walk back to get another one right now.
