Terrible. I bought a mobile home from them. After calling and calling to set an appointment to fix the cracks they kept coming up with excuses not to come. Finally after another month they were "able" to set that appointment up. Then, I had my house listed a few years later with a realtor. Iseman homes approached ME and asked to list my home. The lady even said they have "a notebook full of people" that are looking and wanting to buy mobile homes. So I agreed they said they "put a sign in the yard" I came back to town and nothing. "The wind must have blew it away" I heard that excuse three times before someone came out and actually out the sign up. Needless to say no one ever followed up with any showings. The lights were always left on. Anytime there was a showing and I CALLED to ask it "always looked promising" "they are trying to get financing" something then I would hear nothing. I gave them one star because I must in order to tell about my experience. Terrible. I will never go back nor EVER recommend them. Terrible. read more
