Fair warning: Some of the employees that work here have no customer service skills…read more Appliances: I was ignored a few months ago when I came in shopping for a washer and dryer. The rude girl didn't even acknowledge / look at me or asked me if she could help me. Online Pickup / Customer Service: I did an order online and one of the items arrived there in their mailbox which showed on my app via tracking number. When I went to pick it up with the other item they said that the receiving department person was gone for the day and I would have to come back whenever they accepted the item in their system. Almost a week went by and no response. Everyday I was checking my order status and nothing. I had to call the store to track down my other item from my order. Eventually it was found in their mailbox due to its parcel size along with other peoples order items. Needless to say there's a problem with receiving items here since items are not being collected from their mailbox. I hope it's fixed now. Also, there is an old rude woman in the pickup desk who has twice been rude to me and doesn't even acknowledge people who are waiting forever in line. Twice already I have waited on her and she's always distracted doing something else other than focusing on the customer in front of her, hence why the wait is so long. She also has an attitude problem as well. In summary, the online ordering and pickup here is a pain. Next time, I will just ship it to my home and or use a different competitor.

Schedule delivery date for april first. I know, i know, april fools right.... was supposed to receive a message?Giving me a four hour block the day before. No message received so I went online.... Shows delivery date changed to monday, april six. After rescheduling various work activities to take the first off... Now i'm forced to reschedule those activities again for april six. I spoke to the manager and explained to him that a phone call. Thank you very much for this. When they determined there was a delivery problem would have been beneficial.... His statement was, we did try to call you voicemail, but voice mail is full. Which I know to be total b*******. Due to my position, my voicemail is always empty. Except for save extremely important messages. Hey explained that to dustin..... Essentially telling me I was wrong that my voicemail was full. Dustin from the Rapid City store solidify idea that i will discontinue my membership with lowe's, close out my accounts, and work with stores that will support customers even when there is a problem with a purchase. Over the past year, I have spent well over eighteen thousand dollars at lowe's for various home improvement projects. Thanks for your support dustin.

That's like 3-4 pictures...I had 7 individual damages on my merchandise and I could only upload a fraction of the damage. Thanks menards, way to cut out the ability of the customer to adequately ask for a refund of damage caused by you.

Boycott these smug tyrants!…read more Upon walking through the door, I was greeted with "YOU GOT A MASK?" by a man who is clearly not a physician nor carries liability or malpractice insurance for inflicting bad medical advice. To cut the story of a wasted evening short, the VERY aggressive GM Mark, who has a massive Napoleonic complex brought my 6yo daughter to tears yelling at me. I never raised my voice, or cursed, or anything vulgar. He called the police on me, threatening to "chase me down to get my license plate number" if I left, further terrorizing my daughter. We waited patiently for the police, during which time the middle manager helped a man with no mask. The police arrived and professionally said, as a private business Menard's can discriminate against anyone they want. If Mark doesn't like your wheelchair, the color of your skin, that you're wearing hate symbols like a cross or a gun or an American flag on your shirt, Mark is allowed to give you the boot. I don't believe this interpretation of the law is correct, but I'm not going to argue with the two armed men called in to remove me from what should have been a peaceful and productive shopping experience. Mark bragged that he called the police at least once a week on patrons who aren't wearing a mask and won't bow to him. Mark also GROSSLY violated social distancing while trying his best to physically intimidate me, all while repeatedly fidgeting with his mask that was slipping off his nose while handling items customers will touch. Not that I think that's dangerous, but the hypocrisy was thick! SAY NO TO TYRANTS!
