I've gone in multiple times to just browse, as well as help my sister and her husband pick out some furniture pieces - which are gorgeous. Every time, the gals on the floor are mildly friendly at best and definitely pretty pushy. The last time I was in, I asked about a piece I'd seen awhile back that I now have room for and was interested in. The oldest and rudest of the ladies that work there abruptly told me it was discontinued, and that she'd remembered seeing me in before (with the tone and subtext of "and have never bought anything"). I continued to explain to her that I was actually looking to make a purchase and again mentioned my interest in the "discontinued" lounge chair. She then took my email down and said she'd send me info on the chair or something similar, but of course never did. I'd love to give my business to a local luxury furniture store - but with that attitude and shite customer service... I'll just continue to order online from CB2, Industry West, Arhaus, Maiden Home .... literally anywhere else. Comparable in price and sexiness, but skip the nasty.
