She poured a pop on the couch and it didn't absorb!! They delivered the couch the next day and it wouldn't fit in any of my building's elevators. I was afraid I'd have to return it. The delivery guys left. Then an hour later Amy Jo called me and said they were coming back with a their guy and we're gonna carry this massive sectional couch up 12 flights of stairs for me!! Best Xmas ever. I cried and tipped them well for their superior service and amazing kindness. Love this store and the service!! There's so much more I want to buy there. Will be back soon.

Kenneth, the owner, spent an hour with us, helping us to pick out the new furniture, along with the fabric. You could really tell how proud he was of his product, which he has made in his own factory. Four days after ordering, the furniture was ready, and it was delivered the next day. Kenneth and his nephew even delivered it themselves. The workmanship is great, and both pieces were reasonably priced and are super comfortable! You will be impressed with the both quality and comfort. But the SERVICE... Wow!!! It's unheard of in this day and age. King's will be our first stop for anything furniture related in the future.

La Place will definitely be my go to place once our house is built. Their customer service rocks! I worked with Ari who was my salesman. I bought some furniture and discovered a minor blemish. I received a discount and went ahead and bought the furniture. A few days later Ari called me to check the furniture to make sure the blemish didn't increase in Size. It actually did and Ari offered me a refund for the chairs that had the stain grow. First of all he didn't have to offer that to me. But in doing so, I know he's a sales person that puts the customer first! In time!!! They have a fabulous, wide array of light fixtures from a huge variety of manufacturers. I'm so ecstatic to find a place with such a variety of fixtures I'd otherwise never discover. Our (new) home has some busted fixtures I need to replace which drew me here but their other pieces as mentioned grabbed us. We'll be back. I have a number of (broken) light fixtures requiring replacement and this will be my source of inspiration and go to for replacement!

Most of them had the look of a 1985 beach scene full of cheap rental furniture. A few had a more up to date look and even fewer had the formal look with quality and services that we were looking for. When we walked into Bontemps Interiors it was obvious right away that their look was right. Then within minutes, we had discovered that the prices we saw were better than what we had seen elsewhere and in some cases for the exact name brand, color and style. We were offered expert help and were explained how their design services worked. After all that we knew we had found the right place. Angela and Maggie listened to what we wanted and were almost immediately able to provide us with photos, fabric samples and actual items from the showroom floor. It didn't take long and without having to drive all over creation getting in and out of the car, going in and out of store after store, Angela showed up herself with the first truck full of furnishings. She had her people start filling the condo while she directed placement and it all started coming together. Some items she got for us, others she helped us find.
